Joe’s liquor is the king of kegs in the New Brunswick City. The best wine, beer, and liquor in the whole middlesex area. The owners are awesome family business people. They treat the customers like a family. They service with love and care and you can feel at home when you are in the store. The service in the store is friendly and it is not about making money but making friends in the area. Good faithful people that are honest and service with love and integrity. Legendary liquor store in New Brunswick. When I talk to other RU alumni somehow Joe’s always comes up in conversation. They’ve been around for over 35 years and have grown with the city of New Brunswick. The day to day is like any other liquor store but if you keep coming back you notice that you become more and more a part of the family. When I came back for homecoming and RU games, the owners and long-time employees remembered me always ask me how I’ve been. I would probably be there once a week and one time the owner even bought me lunch since he was getting it already for his employees. I can keep going on and on. This place is nothing but class and any negative review is most likely one bad day for the customer. If they went back it would be night and day. Long live the King!

Great staff and selection of liquor and kegs. It’s usually hard to find craft beer in college towns, but they got a good (and always changing) variety. The store itself is much more spacious than it seems, and is always clean. Parking isn’t a problem either, since they have their own lot. Also love how they’ll order certain types of alcohol that they don’t usually carry if you ask.

One of the best liquor stores around! Family owned and extremely humble. The owners and the son always show the best customer appreciation each and every time. They also have exclusive beers that they continuously get on a regular basis. So everytime I go in there a new beer is waiting for me to try! Always buy local! 5 star for joes liquors every time!
