I will be trying this place out. If any of the workers be rude I will yell at them and report the store.

Love this place and the help is extraordinary.

It's a 7-Eleven... But I think those are out West. I don't remember here in Ohio.

I had the worst experience of my life from this place tonight when normally I have a great experience. A woman with long dark hair that worked tonight accused me for stealing 2 energy drinks while mom was putting away the energy drinks back in the cooler and I paid the the 74.43 stuff. Pay attention to your cameras woman and I emptied my pockets right in front of you and your customers making you look because you didn't want to so you didn't have proof that I did. I made made you look to prove to you that I didn't steal a darn thing. I pay for my stuff because I am too proud and so is my family for stealing anything. You are harassing my family and I don't appreciate it. You owe an apology and much more than that especially writing down the license plate after everything we went through.

After spending just shy of 75 dollars in this gas station the lady behind the counter tried to access my wife and daughter of stealing 2 2.00 energy drinks she even had the audacity to fallow us out to our car and write down our plate number folks my wife makes 19 dollars an hour my daughter makes 15 nither has or will ever steal so if you in Lexington stay away form this place just go down the road to the other gas station in town

Update: currently seeking legal action against established & owners / management.

The people that run this store are horrible! Never buy any of the junk they sell in the store, you will NOT be refunded. Also, The health department has been in on several occasions with critical violations. Be careful what you buy. If you ask for a refund, "Nick " will scream at you.

I come in regularly about once a month like clock work. And I recently injured myself. And I walk every where I go. And I have been trying to contact the store to get information but it seems as though no one wants to answer the phones. If people don't like their job then why bother to show up to work? If you work in customer service or any hospitality business your job is to answer then phones. And I've also noticed people like to benon their personal phones. But don't want to answer their work phone.

Stopped for fuel at about 11pm after inserting card twice both times it said see cashier. I walk in and the employee says I can reset pump and you can try again. To which I said can’t you just do it since I’m in here. He says nope sorry. Incompetence knows no bounds. Drove to Loves at 71 and cards worked fine.

The worker named chip came in from outside clocked in and put a pizza in the oven bare handed and didn't wash his hands . On separate occasions he's been very rude and throws stuff down.

...months later the gas station still has pump issues being slow...and just apparently let's anyone work there .

I called, I had a question about the currently available stock, someone answered said hello then immediately hung up, I tried to call again, someone picked up the phone so I said “hello?” No answer, then they immediately hung up. This was very unprofessional and I will not be shopping this 7/11 ever again.

Paid $1.50 for air at the pump for 5 minutes of air. It ran for 37 seconds and shut off. Staff refused to give refund and taped an "out of order" sign on the machine.

I called to ask about the 7/11 and this girl started to curse and riot at me. I will be reporting the 7/11 if this is not fixed. I hope the managers fix this.
