Just had my boys trex brought back to New condition. Shoks redone breaks,tires, grips, seat. He loves it thanks allot.

Had a flat tire and wanted to change my 7-speed shifter to a different version. They hooked me up and several days later I had my bike back. Recommended if you need bicycle maintenance.

I recently purchased two bikes, the service was fantastic sales people were very helpful and friendly. I traded in my old bike and received a very fair price. I will definitely be back for any future service.

Purchased a Townie from Y-Not. I took it for a ride and needed some adjustments on it. Took it back there and they adjusted the handle bars. He made sure that i was satisfied with it before we left. I have had other brands of bike but this one is the easiest to ride for me. I can get on and off easier than my old bike. I will definitely be back if I ever need another bike.

Great place!! Very friendly staff. Our family (including my 6 year old daughter) went for a ride on the B and O trail. We rode to Y-not hoping to catch them before they closed at 5. My daughter who has a birthday in a month needs a new bike. We got there at 5 and they stayed open to let us look at the bicycles. The guy behind the counter let my little girl test ride one of the many bikes they sale. Needless to say she recieved and early birthday gift from us. They took time out of their day to make a little girl very happy!! I'm not sure what that guy's name was I didn't catch it but thank you very much!!!

Y-Not is cool. The bikes are nice and the staff are all friendly. I've lost weight and if I need to buy something bike related or have a problem while on the bike trail, they are right there. Overall I'm very happy I bought a townie bicycle from Y-Not.

My dad and I went bike riding today and decided to stop here, right off of the bike path. Though we did not make a purchase, the gentleman was very helpful in letting us test ride a few bikes and gave us a few brochures with all the biking trails. We found out that you can even rent bikes from here for $10 an hour or $25 for the day!

Another quick and courteous service!! Now if I could just get a complimentary detail 'cause Phi needs cleaned! 😂

Had several great experiences at Y Not Bikes in the past week. While visiting from out of town I needed to rent a bike to get in my miles. Everyone was very helpful and special thanks to Collin, Vicky, and Eric. Clean well laid out shop that fulfilled my every need! I wish that I had more time to enjoy the B & O Trail just outside their door. Until next time...

I have had the pleasure of working with many of their staff including the owner Eric. All are knowledgeable and willing to go well above the normal standards of service. Their products are also comprehensive so that you don't have to shop around to find something.

Moved to town recently and had a fairly "unique for Lexington" bike that I wanted to trade in. Mr. Eric was super helpful and communicated fairly regularly throughout the process.

Now if only the supply chain issues would settle down so the new bike can come in!

They are helpful and with several flat tires they have fixed it and called me quicker than expected. They serviced my bike over the winter and helped me with a trail bike for my little one. They are great. I have not had a bad experience in all my visits. Y look anywhere else and support a local business.

Eric (owner) and his team are the best! Personalized service and willingness to help set the shop apart from others.

This place was great. Just bought my first ever mountain bike and the man working was great and very nice and explained everything in good detail. We came close to closing time and he still stayed another 20 minutes to make sure he covered everything. It’s a great place and if we need anything else for this bike or any bikes in the future we will definitely come here.

My family and I was camping nearby and upon our arrival the front derailleur on my bike ended up bent and completely not usable. This was the nearest bike shop according to Google, and even though it was a Monday in peak summer season they were able to get me in and get it fixed up. Thankyou!

Very helpful! We were able to rent mountain bikes for our friends! Call in advance to let them know what size you need and when you need it! We were able to ride alum creek! We had an extra set of biking gloves for our friends but we recommend picking up biking gloves if you forgot yours or need a new pair, to help prevent blisters while riding.

I cannot say enough about Eric and his staff. I had them put me on a list for a Townie Go 8i this past spring. ETA of this beautiful bike is late Sept. But I needed an electric bike because of health issues, or I would not be able to ride all summer. They suggested I rent one of their electric bikes ,until it comes in, and made me a great deal. Thanks to Y-Not Cycling! They kept me riding! I feel like a kid again riding this bike.

We love y-not! Just bought my second trek from them and not only did we take advantage of their good prices, you can trade in your old bike! Great place to stop on the B&O trail for a rest or snack!

I can't say enough good things. The moment I walk in, I'm greeted and immediately asked how he can help. Today I rented a "comfort bike." Two hrs later when I returned the bike, again I walked in and welcomed. This is quickly becoming my new hot spot.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Quality work, went out of their way to clean up my bike after I neglected it for a year.

Will go back when it’s time for a tune up or upgrade.
