Silver Star Meat Market

Went there for the first time to try out their hero sandwiches recommended by a friend. I got a Italian, my wife a Pastrami and our daughter boars head honey turkey and cheese. Well Oscar made us sandwiches that we won't forget. They were all rated a 10 by my family. I will travel fron Coney Island to Sheepshead Bay again real soon. Trust me on this.

The sandwiches In this place are soooo good. 8 bucks for a massive roast beef and even comes with a pickle and coleslaw. For that price range you won’t find this anywhere for the quality and quantity your getting here.

I've been going to the supermarket for years. It's a great place that you can get fresh chicken and meats.

A nice place, good selection, always a lot of items on specials. Everything I've ever bought there has been top notch. Clean, well-run. Only negative: head cashier has got a really arrogant attitude, as if it's beneath her dignity to take care of customers (unless you're her buddy).

The Deli is excellent, the hot appetizer/meal counter is wonderful. You can get a lot of good sales every week. The fruit and vegetables are a little iffy But you need to check. You can still get great deals on fruits and vegetables. Great Sales on eggs..

It's always good to shop there. There prices are decent. But there's only a slight problem.
They don't always have no salt cottage cheese, or low salt cottage cheese. Or low salt or no salt tomato sauce. But I got them both today.
And that's the bottom line.

I been shopping at Silver Star for over 30yrs, from when I lived in Brooklyn. I come in occasionally from NJ to shop here! I used to travel from Staten island! I can't find some of the things they have in my area! Prices are good too! I forget the woman butchers name (she's been there forever!), but she's awesome 😊

Very decent store. Excellent prices on produce and deli products. I especially love the large variety of apples and they are incredibly inexpensive. Produce always fresh. Excellent prepared food section.

For a little grocery, this place has everything! Nice meat selection. Fresh produce. Extensive seafood and appetizing. Pleasant staff as well.

Been going here for years. Great prices and value. Meat is always fresh and high quality. Cooked food options are delicious.

I'm in silver Star about four times a week minimum. I get all my meats and appetizing there.

Julian the server was fantastic. The sandwiches were humongous, delicious and last for two days.

The price are reasonable.They have sales.and the staff ⚕ is 🆘 helpful. It's a clean 🏪 store.
