Curtis is awesome! I didn’t realize I misread the return instructions for an Amazon return that I needed to box it up so he offered my an envelope to return it on the spot. So happy I didn’t have to go home to look for a box and cone back. Great customer service and he was absolutely the best!!

This is the best drop off location I have ever been to! The staff was extremely attentive and quick to help me out and honestly, I saw a customer giving them a hard time over Amazon's return policies and they handled the situation with perfect calm and professionalism and found a solution that worked best for the other customer. 10/10 would drop off again!

Great service! The staff were kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I was having issues getting some documents notarized and they helped me out! I will definitely be returning in the future.

Visited the UPS store today to get something notarized and it was a very pleasant experience. There were plenty of employees to handle the influx of customers and I was taken care of immediately.

The girl that helped me was outstanding and very helpful on a Zappos return. I was originally instructed to go to Whole Foods and they have a Zappos Amazon return desk and they were clueless on how to process the return, so double thumbs up for the UPS store in Rookwood. And especially the very nice dark skin girl. Fantastic

Friendly and fast service at store 2363! I appreciate that they've created a separate self-service station for Amazon returns that I'll use next time.

I walked in needing to do an Amazon return. The cashier promptly took my package and printed my return label and I was on my way. Quick. Painless. Efficient.

Great experience with a return from Shennell and Bridget and manager Paige. It took a while to figure out how to access the shipping label and finalize everything with the return and they kept at it for as long as it took. Definitely be back there soon!

The staff at this UPS Store are SO friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. This is the only store I go to for shipping/returns.

The blonde notory (didnt catch her name) was extremely helpful and polite. Would absolutely recommend this location.
