Super pleased and Highly recommend! Mitchell went above and beyond to ensure my son got the shoes he wanted for school! They were pretty hard to find. Price was way cheaper than most everywhere else and shipping was super affordable as well! Super fast service, shoes shipped on Tuesday we got them on Thursday. Definitely will be back for future business! Shop with these guys as you will not be disappointed! 5 stars all around for Sole By Style!

With coupons and rewards I was able to get a pair of 85. Merrill Range AC+ sneakers for 26. They are like heaven on your feet. I love DSW!! What a great birthday present for me!

I've been going here for almost all of my shoes the past few years and the associates are always nice and helpful. However, the store's manager, Karly, went above & beyond for me. My husband and I were there to get him a new pair of shoes since I had a coupon. When we went to check out, we discovered our coupon had already been used from my account. With all of the hacks that have happened at companies in recent years, I was terrified. The employee brought Karly over, who overrided the system so we could still get the discount, and after we made the transaction, she called customer service for us to investigate the issue. We discovered the account was mixed up with someone else's in another state, and she offered to create a new rewards account for me. The process was smooth and I was relieved my information wasn't in the hands of anyone else. I also learned that DSW has had a rewards programs since the 90s and since they had a hacking issue in the mid-90s, they have been extremely careful about those types of issues since. It was extremely reassuring and I am so glad it was taken care of. It was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

Another chain, another met expectation. Honestly, what's the point in writing a positive review for any national chain? They're all similar. Nothing bad had happened to me here. The selection is large, if standard.

Quick service. Ordered my shoes, had them delivered here. Called, and immediately, customer service clerk brought my shoes to my car.

DSW has lots of Beautiful shoes of all kinds for individuals who have small feet who do not wear a size 10 shoe or higher! Do not get me wrong they have 11, 12, 13 shoe size in women's not sure about mens.

Adeil at Rookwood DSW made our first DSW experience amazing. Our daughter got her first pair of heels. She spent lots of time considering these shoes. She loved them but she is a very pratical girl and did not want to buy them if she wasn't going to wear them a lot. In the end she decided it was worth it. She was so excited, she couldn't stop smiling. Adeil made this special experience perfect. Brought tears to my eyes. Thank you. Thank you.
