My second visit to this Verizon location. Both times the associate was so helpful and completely resolved my issue. Randy today was super efficient – I think I was there 25 minutes. Turns out I needed a new SIM card to activate iMessage on my iPhone. Great service. Thanks!

Paul was so excellent in his services. He created me right away. Very efficient in knowing the products and hearing what I needed and helped me with trade in switch.

Highly recommend you ask for Paul! 20 years of service in the technology industry! The man knows his technology!

Get in get out, fast friendly excellent service! He knew exactly what I needed. Straight to the issue. Explained everything in layman's terms. Cannot recommend Mehdi highly enough!

Above and beyond! Store manager Paul was absolutely EXTRAORDINARY, made sure I was taken care of as well as several other customers in the meantime. Very knowledgeable about products and it was an easy switch of service, plus I walked away with new products to my liking, and up to date for my professional work.

Mehdi was absolutely phenomenal. My name is Sarah Kitzmiller and he helped me purchase the newest iPhone and a bunch of accessories. This is not the closest location to me but I will only go back to this Verizon store because of his great customer service and his non pressure sales approach. I am eager to qualify for the Verizon home internet so I can sign up for it with Mehdi. If I was hiring, I would try to recruit him. Please make sure you recognize his efforts. It’s been a long time since I had such a great experience buying something.

Paul is MY MAN! I don’t even live particularly close to his location, but I will definitely be going to this store for my Verizon AND iPhone needs from now on. Months ago, I went to the Apple store to get my iPhone 12 Pro checked out because my main input for charging and AUX hadn't been working. They took my phone to check it out and came back to tell me “the contacts were totally flat and to fix it would be $400 so you should just get a new phone,” so I went wireless and saved up for the iPhone 15 Pro. Fast forward to this past Thursday, I had a haircut at Benefit Salon nearby (shout out Maddie J) before a rehearsal dinner for a wedding I was attending and I was determined to get the new iPhone 15 Pro so I looked up the nearest Verizon store. I am so lucky the closest one was Paul’s. He even opened the door for me when I walked up! I wanted to know what my options were and we ended up updating my entire family’s severely outdated plan for the same price we were paying before, which now meant I was able to get the new plan’s trade in bonus for the phone I wanted! All the stars must have aligned because not only did he do all that, but the last phone he had in the size I needed was in the Blue Titanium which is the color I wanted! He got me set up with a case, screen protector, and lens protector and started the transfer process. When he tried to plug my old phone in, I told him what the dude at the Apple store said and he said, “Do you really wanna know what’s wrong with it?” and proceeded to grab a metal pick and scrape out an absurd amount of pocket lint that had been compacted in there for who knows how long. My man Paul is better than that money hungry “genius” bar. Anyway, it charged right up and my mind was blown. I’ve had people ask if I considered just taking back my old phone, but I had already saved up and prepped myself for spending probably $1200 and then my man dropped it down with this new plan and everything so DUH I wanted the new thing for way less!! The transfer process was long which I was anticipating so we had wonderful conversations with breaks so he could help other customers with success and ease. I ended up needing to run home and change for the rehearsal dinner so since my phones were doing the transfer, he even looked up directions to my apartment so I could get my bearings! When I came back, the transfer was complete, he gave me my receipt and I was on my way! This is a really long winded way of saying Paul is now my #1 phone guy forever. 5 stars doesn’t even cut it for this guy, he needs 1,000,000 stars at least!
