Newer store so it is very bright, clean and well organized. This store is larger than many other CVS stores and it is open 24 hours a day. They have great, coupons and a minute clinic. The store is very organized and has wide aisles too.

Very impressed with the pharmacy’s customer service. Aside from that, the store is usually well-stocked.

Had a lovely experience at the Minute Clinic with nurse Barb! She was so friendly and knowledgeable, which made me feel at ease when getting my last dose of the Hepatitis B vaccine. Overall a great experience and the online checkin made the entire appointment much quicker and smoother.

I used minute clinic for my son and the nurse practitioner Barbara Clark is honestly the most amazing doctor I’ve ever had take care of my son. She made him feel so comfortable and played with him when he tried to play around. Logan really loved her and he was so scared of the doctors now he saying he wants to be just like her 🥹🥹

I’m not the person to go in google to make a review but I couldn’t find my receipt and I wanted this stamped to let everyone know she’s just so great at what she does. And can also tell how much she enjoys what she does. I enjoyed every second of this visit and I usually dread on even taking my son to doctors he’s never liked it but this visit changed my whole experiences.

I can also add when I got the my prescription it was so quick and we’re also so great! Such great customer experience me being a general manager this really wow my experience

I'm better at writing.\nI went into CVS to purchase \"Super Beets\" that I have been seeing advertised on the TV, when I looked up where to purchase these Super Beets and low and behold there at CVS which is just over a mile from my house.\nWhen I went in there was a lady (her name is Lisa) and at first she wasn't hip to what I was looking for, but she came out from behind the counter and walked around helping me, Lisa looked it up on her phone and that's when it hit her, she's like ive seen them, I know we do sell them.I was going to give up but Lisa kept looking and I asked myself why is she still looking their not here.\nWham, outta no where Lisa's like here they are, I would like to thank CVS for hiring such a nice person, if it weren't for Lisa I probably would have gone some where else.\nI feel that I just may switch my pharmacies.

The young man at the check out counter was very pleasant. He took a moment to ask how my weekend was which resulted in a brief, pleasant conversation. That’s real customer service

Im not big google review person but I had to leave this great review. I went to CVS in parma to do a covid test for traveling purposes. I made a mistake and I chose the wrong test. A very nice caring employee Barbra called me three time to help me find the right testing for my travel! Thank you so much for your help and care!

The staff were very helpful and professional. I redeemed a coupon for a free 2 liter of soda, but it was so popular that they were out of stock so they substituted another brand of the same quality to honor the coupon. I'm now shopping there often.

Never had an issue, clean store, nice employees, and I love the minute clinic and pharmacy.
