Just spent about 15 minutes in the store browsing their merchandise and talking with their employees. The employees were very friendly and customer appreciative. They were obviously glad to have customers in the store and willing to help with any and all questions we had.
Such a great selection of sneakers here and such good actual choices to pick from it's a great destination if you're looking for a new pair of sneakers!

wish the mall had more stores but so glad they have a journeys. The workers were mad cool. Didn't have what I was looking for but went above and beyond to find it. They called another store and put it on hold for me. I ended up grabbing some other stuff too. They have a good selection of shoes and accessories. Bought some dope graphics. The manager was real nice too.

The sales associates in this store are the nicest people! They treat every customer as if they’ve known them for years and they provide amazing customer service. They go above and beyond trying to make sure customers leave 110% satisfied!

By far one of the greatest Journeys that I’ve ever walked into. The staff and management are top tier and always provide amazing customer service. Everyone in there looks like they’re always having fun! Overall great vibes.

Awful customer service. If you place an online order to be shipped to the store employees have no clue on how to do it, your items will get stolen and management(Jonathan Melendez) is unable to assist.

Customer service is not satisfactory.
Asked for a different shoe size but was referred to a different section the first time and then ignored the second time.
The whole time the associate we asked was fiddling with the shoe while we waited for 15 minutes with no results.
