Great place for Husqvarna support! Worth the drive to have someone evaluate or service your Automower. Robin accommodated our need to have our Automower looked at and it is now working like the champ it was meant to be! Real professional service.

This was my first time using (Jacks small engines) and I am very satisfied with the results. I needed parts for my "TroyBilt" blower and Jacks had them. The delivery was spot on and only took three days from start to delivery. The price was also very good. I do my own repairs, clean and maintain my tools so when I need parts I will check with Jacks first..... TY !!

Absolutely stellar! Was referred to Jack's by another business that could not help with my issue. Took pictures of my equipment (too big for me to take the generator) From the pictures, they were able to get me the correct part so I could start up my generator. Reasonable prices and very patient with me.

Great little place. Had trouble finding the right size chain for a chain saw. So someone recommended we check them out. They made us a custom chain within minutes. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about tools and equipment. Plus we had fun looking at the handy houses.

Very nice experience. Jack is very friendly. I was fixing my riding mower and a pulley got messed up in the process. Jack explained what happened, just by looking at the part, and gave me some suggestions. Followed his directions and voila! Success. I'll definitely be coming back to use his services.

One of the few small engine repair shops I trust. Brought a old tiller that was giving me nothing but trouble, to them. They had it diagnosed and repaired Within 3 weeks, at a reasonable price.

Debbie at Jack's Small Engine is exceptional. Our 61" zero turn mower was in need of muffler parts. No one stocked the parts locally. I drove from Gainesville to Alachua to ask for Kawasaki engine parts. Not in stock. However, Debbie got on the phone to Kawasaki corporate, ordered our parts, had them drop shipped directly to my front door the next morning!!!!

As a small business owner I cannot explain how grateful I am for the staff and service department at this facility. The resources the support amd the integrity keeps me coming back.
