Kevin took care of us and answered all my questions. He was cheerful and very informative. He was handling 3 people at the same time but kept everyone with the things each was interested in informed about their needs. I'd recommend him to everyone I know.

I called Josh to solve a problem and he immediately jumped on it and made sure I was taken care of. You can’t find business like this often and I can’t express how much it meant to feel like I had someone who cared on the other end of the line addressing my problem with so much professional posture. No excuse mentality, Josh got the job done in rapid fashion. Committed to communication and understanding my needs. Thank you Josh for the refreshing experience. Brendon helped set me up with a new iPhone and helped me transfer my stuff from my old phone in no time at all. He’s very professional and straight forward about all charges in advance so you aren’t getting surprised by any unknown charges as well. Highly recommend!

First time at this location, but it won't be my last. Friendly, professional service, with attention to detail. Walked in to get help setting up my new Samsung phone and walked out completely satisfied. Josh not only transferred my data and activated my phone, he also transferred my sim card and installed my new screen protector and case for me. All while having a wonderful chat. I highly recommend this location if you want good service and special attention.

When I went to the Verizon store today I was served by Brendon in the alachua store. He was gracious kind and extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with me explaining everything. I would recommend him as a salesman for any of the stores! 💛🌟

What a great staff team in this Verizon store. It's easy to see they work well together. Being an out of towner, thank God I had my mini iPad with me to find directions or I would have literally been lost. I received tremendous customer service from Kelvin who was able to access my information when my phone overheated. The store was busy and he was multitasking, plus transferring my data, checking my account, finding a better plan (which was supposed to have been fixed months ago) finding my accessories and recommending a place to eat. My puppy was traveling with me and everyone, including customers, were amazing with her and she had a great training lesson to "stay" and "down". I can't thank Kelvin and the staff enough. Having a non working phone is stressful but being out of town in a strange location with no navigation assistance is over the top. Thanks so much!!
