Just picked up a same-day business stamp and same-day print/binding job. This isn't my first visit. Mel & her Team in the Copy Center provide an exceptional product and delivery. She is extremely customer-oriented and professional. This is the most efficient copy center I have used in the Valley. I will be back to write a more thorough review with photos.

Came in to get my business cards and was greeted by Brian who is an amazing supervisor, he helped me out with all my needs and went the extra mile to make sure I was super happy with my business cards and made sure I was happily off to my new start. I wanna thank you Brian once agin! Keep up the good work in keeping great employees around!

My wedding was just about two weeks ago and we went in to get a couple of things printed for our big day. We worked with Cinthia who was absolutely AMAZING. She not only was calm, cool, and collected but beyond helpful when we were having trouble with our downloads. I can't thank her enough. Customer Service and product was outstanding. Highly recommend this location and this employee.

The store manager provided end-to-end service from assisting me with choosing the printer that suited all of my needs through checkout of product and protection plan. Now that's service!

I would like to thank Cynthia V. at the Goodyear Estrella Park AZ location for her help today. I wanted to have copies of a two sided program with a half page insert printed for our organization that does business with Staples locations across the US. The program was completed by a professional designer (who is out of state) who has had projects printed through Staples, and was directing me on how the program should be printed. The first customer service representative was not familiar with the process of sending printing jobs to their outside source. Cynthia stepped in, took her time to speak with me, and the designer who was on speaker phone, and understood our needs. Cynthia displayed patience, and knowledge of the printing process, and what we could accomplish. It is so refreshing to have excellent customer service! Representatives like Cynthia who were so patient with me (I was not familiar with the process) was appreciated. I hope management at the Goodyear location will recognize Cynthia for going above, and beyond to help this customer. :)

Been shopping here for well over 6 years and I love this staples. Just visited today and they rearranged everything which will take time to get used to but it was a good upgrade. Have never had an issue finding what I needed. Employees aren’t over barring with pushing sales or stalking me throughout the store. I get in and out unbothered. Please never change what works at this location!

Quick place to process your TSA Precheck application. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

As a meeting planner for vetean organizations, I have a need for office supplies ink, paper, and multiple copies. As a charitabe donor, I like that Staples has chjoices for donations for children's school supplies. I like the way the store supppoets rthose that are local an also supports the learning needs of our children; a true commuity leader.

Store has what you want, nicely laid out, and positive employees.

I was asked if I needed help multiple times and when I finally did make a decision to purchase an office chair the item was brought out from the back and taken to the front of the store within 5-10 minutes, check out was quick and easy and then my chair was taken to my car for me.

Sending packages by ups and returning items to Amazon was easy and we got a $10.00 coupon. We are also going to buy a TSA pre thing through them.

Excellent customer service every step of the way. Zach and Carlos were fantastic, patient and courteous. They helped me every step of the way when I asked questions, and never seemed to be bothered. I will definitely be back. And let anyone know who asks, where to go! Great team of people at that store in every department! Seems like they all work well together, and enjoy their jobs.

Wonderful man in printing! Perfect work

I am a woman with some physical limitations. However, I still work and most times very long hours which is what brought me to Staples. I was looking for a comfortable sturdy office chair that is conducive to accommodating sitting for long hours. Maria saw I was doing the “3 little bears” thing and trying different chairs. She was patient and knowledgeable about office chairs and was instrumental in helping me make a decision on which chair was best in fit and best in price! So far her assistance was par for the course right? Well this is were she shined in my eyes. I keep walking aids and a portable seat and other conveniences to help me navigate threw my days in my car leaving little room for much else especially an office chair. Maria, a Sales Mgr and another lovely lady came with me to my car and rearranged everything in it that was a barrier to loading the chair while also taking items out of my hand to carry while I got in my car. They took very special care of my belongings and before they touched anything to rearrange Maria asked my permission. The quality of service of these ladies gave me confidence that we can still find kind and respectful people to provide top notch customer service and they are at the STAPLES on Peeblecreek pkwy in Goodyear,AZ!
