Caleb is very knowledgeable about the products and ensures customers know how to safely use (if applicable) and care for them. I've never encountered such a professional, caring and honest employee at any of the locations. Management would be wise to keep him around.

The associates at this location really go out of their way to help you when you have questions, concerns, or problems. Especially the lovely young lady with the brown hair and bangs. I wish I had gotten her name, but she has gone above and beyond for me on two different occasions now!

And the prices… omg. They do not price gouge here. I’m local to RVA, but I travel often, and always find myself needing something new while out of town. I’m used to paying pretty outrageous prices, just for the convenience of shopping in person and not waiting on shipping. I thought that was just.. normal? Something I had to accept lmao. I almost purchased a Lovense vibe while out of town, but decided to wait due to the $220 price tag. This location? $130 for the same item!!!

I’m never shopping anywhere else unless I absolutely have to.

I guess they just let anyone work these days. Very disappointed with the costumer service at this store. Now that I been to Hustler Hollywood, I can really compare the differences in customer services. I saw two employees were smoking weed in front of the store when I was in my car, and when I was in the store, the music was screaming at my ears. The one with the beanie was playing video games on the computer while the one with glasses just sat there drawing. Both were not paying attentions to the customers and they both reek the pot they smoked. I guess they'd rather be high and doing other things than helping people out. If I could give a zero star, I would. Very unfortunate the customer service went down the drain at this store. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I just don’t understand the business in this city! If your hours of operation say you close at 10 yet you close 15 min earlier? Why not put 945 or 15 min before 10. I swear this city has the worst work ethic I’ve ever seen. This place lost and and hopefully anybody reading this just order online way better deals

Please keep your hours updated even during covid. Apparently this shop closes at 7 and not 8 as the business neglected to update months later. This situation has been going on for months and all it takes is human decency so people don't waste their time driving out of their way and missing other appointments. Very rude.

Just order from Amazon, prices are cheaper and the hours they are open are actually right.
