John and I are extremely happy with our new tile floors in our kitchen, laundry room and half bath. We also love the coordinating backsplash in the kitchen. We were in good hands with Kent, Tom and Adam. Kent promised the work would be completed in time for our family holiday celebration (which included working a 12 hour day) and it was. John and I recommend JK Carpeting without reservation and plan to use them for any future flooring projects.

I have shopped JK Carpets for several years. They have never disappointed. Prices are reasonable, customer service is great, and completion time is as expected. Michelle is always friendly and very helpful.

JK Carpets replaced all of the carpet and flooring in our house with artificial hardwood. They ended up laying over 5k square feet of LVP and it turned out great! The whole process only took a week. They were responsive and on time and the floors look awesome! Would definitely recommend their services!

We had JK come and give us a quote on carpet for about half our house and they came in several hundred dollars under the other bids. They did a great job on the installation and worked around our time table so we could move furniture between unfinished and finished rooms.
We also purchased wood flooring through them and Michelle in the showroom was super helpful and super nice. Michelle and everyone there are awesome and we will highly recommend them to everyone.
One another note, the showroom is nicely organised, clean and well lit. The mosaic on the floor in the showroom is pretty cool.

We hired JK to install a new tile floor in our laundry room. Michelle provided exceptional customer service! She was knowledgeable about their flooring and helped me choose the grout color. The installer was friendly, courteous, and skilled. I am very particular about details and he did an amazing job! The end result is perfect! Thank you!

JK Carpets installed carpeting in my downstairs family room/hallway and installed LVP in the entire main floor of my home in late August 2022 and September 2022, respectively. They were very punctual and professional when they installed the carpeting. They were also very punctual when they came back to install the LVP on the main floor of my home. Very pleased with their selection and pricing. However, my only issue was the amount of dust from the LVP installation, wherein they had to remove closet door (across from the kitchen area) where our coats were. Although we were very proactive about installing plastic sheeting over the entrances in the main kitchen area and tarps/plastic sheeting over furniture in other areas, to prevent the dust getting everywhere (due to the grinding/removal of ceramic tile) the dust, that didn't help much. Had I been informed beforehand that they were going to do this, we would have removed the contents of the closet elsewhere. Also, another minor issue is that my front yard was a bit tore up due the their vans having to park near the front door. All in all though, Kent and Tom did a great job on the LVP installation and we really love the quality and look of the Stanton Timberline Gunstock LVP that was installed on the main floor! I highly recommend JK Carpets over the competitors! Did receive a proposal from another flooring company and they were thousands more than JK. Further, really appreciated working with Michele and Pam, whom answered all of my questions throughout the process.

I’ve used JK twice now for flooring consultation and installation, and they’re a joy to work with. They helped me make excellent choices with quality products at very competitive prices. Don’t bother with the big box stores — you’ll get much better service and quality and service for similar cost. They’re an honest, long-standing, family owned business that I’m proud to support and recommend.

We had our basement carpet replaced after water damage. JK carpets were amazing. They showed up when they said, prices were great, good quality carpet and staff was amazing. Very nice experience! We will be using them in the future and recommend them to all our friends and family.
