Marlon is the best. We just moved into the area and every time we bring a haul of Amazon returns to the store, Marlon greets us with the biggest smile on his face and is always so patient with us. So professional and kind.

The two store associates (Alex & Marlon) at UPS Store - Great Falls, VA are fantastic to work with. They're always -- ALWAYS --- friendly, helpful and efficient. It's great dealing with them, and I really appreciate their consistently positive, "can-do" attitude.

The best service I have ever received at any UPS/mail service store! The owner and his staff are wonderful! Best shippers I have ever worked with. Had them quote shipping an auction item (local to them), to me in another state. They quoted it, picked it up and shipped it perfectly to me in three days - all in! Very reasonable cost too. I am working with some other shippers on items from out of state from weeks ago, I still have not received, these guys blow them all away.

We recently had a large print order completed, with multiple changes and formats. Alex did an amazing job, he was very patient with us and it was a pleasure to work with him. Can highly recommend this store for any printing needs.

Having a mailbox at The UPS Store made our business life much easier, in addition to all the extra services they have, they also offer 24/7 access to all mailbox holders. Highly recommend!

This is probably one of the friendliest locations. Marlon is one of the friendliest and helpful people there. It's always a pleasure to see him when I have to pick up packages for the company I work for

I couldn't have had a better experience with another printing company. I dealt directly with David, the store manager who went above and beyond to get our job done. We came in with an extremely tight timeline to get a brochure printed for an upcoming trade show the day before. Not only did he complete the printing from start to finish in less than 12 hours, he even delivered it to our home near by free of charge. The experience we had with The UPS Store was top notch, and very reasonably priced for services we received. If we are ever in need we will without a doubt be taking our printing jobs to them.

My father passed away in early July. My mother gave me some mementos to remember my dad and his mother by, but I was afraid they would break on the return flight.

Marlon took the time to walk me through the different shipping options, and genuinely cared about my family's loss.

I arrived back in Florida to find a sturdy box, which was packed professionally and with care.

The UPS Store is a most welcome addition to Great Falls Village. It's convenient, well stocked for any mailing requirements, and the hours are suitable. More importantly, the service is efficient, and always friendly. Nice move, UPS!

I brought in a really oddly shaped tool I had to send back to the company. The staff here gave me the confidence to leave it in their hands and that they packed it up and shipped it on my behalf. Great service.

Marat saved the day. I had around 150 records to be shipped (along with a suitcase) and I was met with a pleasant experience. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention helpful! Would recommend.
