Marathon Gas

This gas station was super cool. I have never stopped here before but really needed gas and it was the first station on my right. I didn't expect a marathon store to be so neat inside. It was clean, well stocked, and had some super cool things to buy. I see a lot of negative comments here which is strange to me, because I'm typically a super tough rater and this store was great. Most marathons are not even good but this one was spectacular. I'm sorry I didn't get better pictures.

Stopped in to buy some smokes and get a cup of coffee. Granted, there was slim pickens on the coffee flavors but it was still a good cup coffee. The employees were awesome and the store is super clean.

The staff was super friendly, they make my night everytime I'm in there.

I generally stop around lunch to get a pop or gas. I get friendly service most of the time. When I stopped recently, two pumps were down and some maintenance things in the store. That happens. Never had a problem with their gas. My car runs on mid grade.

It's a gas station! They kinda fool you with the carwash pricing first but if you can read it's not a huge problem.

not a bad bathroom to use once you get past the tacky 70's-ish color scheme.

Shame on me for not reading the previous reviews before using this gas station. They says their gas is $.20 cents cheaper (with mister car wash)but it is actually higher. I already have a car wash membership with mister car wash, so I assumed that I would get the discount but they will not give me that discount. Even when I questioned the employee the reason why, they just can’t explain it to me why. I won’t return and I’m writing this review to warn people from using this gas station. You would be better off saving gas money by filling them at Sam club which is nearby.

Slowest pump i have ever used. At the rate of 1 gallon a minute. I would not suggest stopping here for gas at all. Especially not if youre on your way to work. i could write novel about this piss poor experience in the time its taking for my gas. The horrible part us that i already paid. Rambling on and on while waiting. Worst refueling experience in my 20 years of driving.

They put the discounted price on the big sign which applies if your getting a car wash otherwise gas is .20 cents per gallon more than the sign reads. I don't have time to read fine print @50 mph. I won't stop there anymore.

Never coming back. No receipt paper at pump always have to go in. I never buy anything inside because if it.

Should change your sign. It says gas is $4.19 but really it’s $4.39… do better. False advertising isn’t cool. Also stock up on your products!!

The manager on duty refused to serve me I didn't do anything walked in went to fountain pop machine.Had to dump my pop and went somewhere else to get gas.Have the whole thing recorded.

The cashier Mary was very rude to myself and all the other customers. She didn’t great the customers and was very nasty to me when I asked for a refund. Also every time I come to this location the cash registers are always down and theres always issues when it come to down to me trying to pump gas here. The manager, she didn’t make it any better.

In typical alpine fashion they seem to be closed all the time. Have turned the pumps off on me and others while we were getting gas on multiple occasions

Don't bother getting a car wash. They don't tell you that you have to drive back onto the busy Alpine traffic back north to Southland Car Wash to use it. Want to use the car wash credit at another Southland? Too bad, it only works at the one on Alpine.

Tried to purchase gas went to pump it wouldn’t work went back in store we can’t put the sake on another pump well they ran the 7.58 of store purchases but still haven’t released gas money back to card 9 days later they have 24 hours or they will wish they had!!!

If you don't want so many people in the gas station at once maybe you should put a sign on the front door that says one person per vehicle allowed in store at a time until further notice.
