Good experience as always I buy most of my auto parts from the store on Plainfield avenue. They are knowledgeable and good people to work with!

Was in need of a thermostat housing for an older Mercury vehicle that Ford told me was now obsolete and only available aftermarket. I called the Napa Plainfield location, and the phone was promptly answered by Brett who immediately narrowed down what I needed, and the part involved. To make sure of the part, as there were a couple of choices for my year of vehicle, he allowed me to text him photos so that he could be exact on the request. After seeing my photos, he immediately assured me, by text, that he had the correct part/parts and that they were in stock.
When I called back, I talked to Leah, as Brett was busy, and she was fully aware of the information that Brett and I had talked about. It was nice to see this store working as a "team" and able to pick right up with a customer where someone else had left off. It's not uncommon nowadays to call a store and be sent to a vague voicemail or an attendant that doesn't know their "stuff". Not only did Brett know his stuff, but he also shared the information with other employees so that I was taken care of when I called back. I felt that this was above and beyond the usual.

Only place that had my exhaust manifold in stock.

Clint & Brett have great customer service and Napa should be proud to have such great representatives as the face of this location.

Stopped out because they we're hosting a car wash and found out it was going to the scouting program. Nice job NAPA. Even saw Plainfield Fire Department get into the fun with the scouts. Also got a good deal at the store for getting my car washed.

Went to Autozone and couldn't get the part I needed (THEY even recommended that I stop by NAPA) - first time ever walking into a NAPA store. Super clean, more people working there than the mcdonalds across the street - AND they were all smiling! Brought my problem to the worker (Sean) and he was extremely helpful and patient. NAPA had the exact part that I needed, and I couldn't find it anywhere else - saved me $250+ for some other kit. Not kidding you, this is going to be the first place I stop at from now on. Thank you for all your help and for saving me a ton of money!!!

Thanks for taking/making the time to go beyond the "normal" service and to truly care about an indivdual, and assist when you weren't req'd too. It DOES make a difference in people's lives.

I was unable to get touch up paint for my Rav4 through Toyota parts department as no longer available. I had been to Napa the day before and they didn't have it in stock but told me I could bring in my VIN # and they could mix it for me. So I did that but VIN didn't give them what they needed Ed Briggs called the paint section and gave the number from the vial I had from Toyota but paint no longer good. They had what they need and within about 3 hours I had my touch up paint. It matches perfectly and I could not have asked for better or more pleasant service. Thank you.

It's a great place when you cannot get parts at a regular auto part stores they have everything

Service is always great here! It’s corporate so we get what we need most of the time! If we have to wait, it isn’t long!
