Great service here, helped me notarize some legal documents, make copies and pack the envelopes. I thought I'd be running around town all day, but this place is a one stop shop. And they got me in and out. Which is exactly what I want when I'm doing the chores. Dylan was the person who helped me, and the notary, I'm never going anywhere else to mail anything. These guys are great!

One of the best UPS crews in the game! Every single person that works here is friendly helpful, and efficient making every trip quick and painless. Definitely recommend this branch.

Chrissy provides the best customer service I have ever had in this type of establishment. She goes above and beyond and frankly is just a nice person. I will always use this UPS because of that.

I am thrilled to have this UPS Store to go to with my packages. I work in this neighborhood but I live closer to Military Trail. I prefer to drive further to this store because they are always so helpful, happy to see you, happy to help with questions. Recently I stopped in on a Saturday and interacted with Christine & Mark and let them know that I really appreciate this location and prefer it over others that are closer. The owner should be very pleased with his staff - they are truly professional and always eager to help!

I was very pleased with the service I received at the Mail Boxes Etc. in Windsor. I purchased two 36 inch tall bronze sculptures at a local shop in Windsor which didn’t offer shipping or even assistance for shipping. The owner/manager of the Mail Boxes Etc. store offered to help me and ship the sculptures to the United States. The manager went out of his way to help me by going to the antiques shop, which was about a 15 minute walk away. He looked at the items and gave me a reasonable estimate. He returned the following day to retrieve the items. He expertly packed them and used Federal Express to ship. I was extremely impressed with the manager‘s professionalism. He was friendly and very trustworthy. The sculptures arrived at the United States three or four days later. I am extremely satisfied. I highly recommend the UPS Store in Windsor and its incredible service! AAA+++

This was my first time ever in a UPS store for a return of merchandise. The manager was the best, he was very polite and gave me a very good customer service experience.

I've had a few opportunities to visit the store and speak to Mark and the other associates on the phone they are by far the best UPS employees or any employees of any pack and ship store that I found they are not dishonest they really try to help you get the best price and do things are a fairly I appreciate that and will be visiting them from now on only even though it's a little bit further from where I live trust them they really are good!
