I went to the chesterfield Towne center pandora location yesterday. If I could leave zero stars I would. The customer service is in the pits of hell. The employees wanted to talk to people that weren’t buying anything rather than paying customers. When I did get some service I was treated like a teenager wasting their time. At one point, I was just pushed off to another employee that just wanted me to pay and leave. I inquired about a pair of earrings but because of this treatment, I did not purchase them with my ring. The only reason I continued to purchase my ring is because I didn’t want to drive to another location. My recommendation is to do a thorough job interview before new hires because I’ve been treated better in a McDonald’s drive thru.

I entered the chesterfield towne center location on 2/20/2024 to purchase a ring and bracelet. My husband and I were in the store for 20 minutes and no one never acknowledged us or asked if we needed any help. I'm never shopping at pandora again nor would I recommend to any of my family and friends.

I visited this location on 3/28/2024 .The customer service in this place is horrible! I felt so unwanted. I couldn’t believe I was treated like that. I inquired about getting my bracelet fixed and it was like they didn’t even want to help me with that. Gave me false information telling me I need to go to a jeweler. Didn’t ask me if I had warranty didn’t care to ask for my information or NOTHING it was just short one word answers. & I felt like I was bothering them. I had to call that store when I got home to tell them how horrible I was treated. The person who answered the phone was so nice and helped me & even apologized! She tried to help me tru the phone. At that point I no longer purchase anything pandora ! But overall the workers need to be trained on treat all customers equally! Won’t be stepping foot in this store at all !
