Big 5 Sporting Goods

One of the larger, more "open space" stores nearby, makes casual shopping easier, less claustrophobic like some other Big 5 stores...friendly, helpful staff...

Very affordable and they have a wide variety of items...I found work boots and pants which thought they didn't have being a sports store. And the employees.. I was helped by katherine R ....are very polite and courteous too. Thank you.

I like big 5 they got good stuff for good price . The staff is on it .they ask if you need help or have any questions right away .very nice . Can get your fishing license or National park pass . The ammo is not badly priced ,good selection as well . Got my walkers ear muffs on a good deal . Overall great experience

Great sporting good store. I usually get my annual fishing license here....Old school sporting goods shop. New location here at the old Warehouse. Ms Angie is super nice and helpful. She's been at this Big 5 forever.

Great place! Im from Texas, working in California on temporary assignments. I bought a very expensive drone for my daughter, and a few days later, opened it to inspect it...I found it had been opened, and appeared to be missing parts. I could not find my receipt, and with a heavy heart, I went back to see what, if anything I could do. The sales clerk who had helped me at the time I purchased it was there and recognized me, and helped me immediately with no questions! I was amazed and absolutely delighted. I give them 5 stars, and a thumbs up, and would recommend them to anyone as THE best place to shop. Thank you very much Big 5 Sporting Goods!

Went to get a pair of boots for my wife. Unfortunately, they had her size (8) but it was a little tight and they didn't have any size 9s. We were about to settle for the size 8s when the lady up front offered to call another store close by and check if they had size 9s in stock. They did and it was the last one in store, so she requested something called a "Store Hold(?)", which I believe is supposed to only be used internally for the stores and not for customers. We went over a city and got the size she wanted and she couldn't have been happier. Great store and even greater customer service. You rock Big 5!!! The 5 must stand for 5 stars 😄

The workers were extremely helpful and accommodating. I unintentionally caused one of the workers to constantly move a large ladder around to get me a wagon. Even with so much fuss he was kind and still had a smile. I am very grateful for their patience and kindness.

Great all around experience. Called to see if they had a pair of shoes in my size, put on hold and Bryan got them when I came in later. Easy checkout with 10% discount from signing up for emails.

This location is the closest to me and they were extremely helpful and very active in the store.
This took me by surprise, I'm. Not crazy on people trying to talk to me about what they have and trying to force an extended sale but these guys were awesome!
They were very knowledgeable of the inventory they have and the people they have shopping there I will be back soon.

I spent days trying to find a good women's trail running shoe in my size and on the shelf and not a weird design. Then I went to Big Lots. I tried on two and walked out of the store good to hit the trail running in a classic lightweight trail runner from Saucony -- on sale, at less than half the price of the shoes I'd seen & not found in stock. Pleased does not begin to describe it.
I'll be back.
