An honest business! Great place! Friendly and helpful. My older Toshiba laptop computer's drive crashed. They extracted all the information from the old drive onto a flash drive for $79. Didn't try to talk me into a 2-4 hundred dollar repair. And explained everything beautifully: I should buy a laptop with a solid state drive for longevity. I highly recommend them.

Quality work as promised, replaced the screen on my S23 Ultra and it works like new. Took about 5 days from the time I ordered the screen replacement until it was completed. Cost was 499.99 plus tax, I had private insurance for the phone, they did not take the insurance but I was able to provide a receipt to be reimbursed from. Professional and not some "guy" just working on stuff.

Our PC got hacked about a week ago, and within an hour of noticing a false charge to PayPal, we had our hard drive to these folks. It took them a few days to get us a new password, and scan the viruses. When we plugged it back in, our 2nd monitor wasn't working, so we took pictures of our hookup, and when they saw it was all correct, just called and "took over our screen", and got the 2nd monitor working (that the hackers had deleted).
They didn't charge us anymore than we had already paid which was very reasonable. Will def call again with all our computer needs. We are Realtors, so this is our lifeline!!

Hey everyone, My full name is Timothy Michael Parrish. I recently was having some problems with a few games on my machine and it just seemed like the performance did not match the specs. I had recently tried to install an AIO cooler which i had never done before and a new CPU and afterwards I was having massive frame hitching and stuttering issues. I also couldn't get my windows security updates. I tried a few things that just didn't work. I went to school for PC repair a loooong time ago, and my training was only for Windows XP and older versions. I haven't had much time lately and just didn't want to be bothered by having to go through all the troubleshooting myself. Even though I'm pretty competent and good with computers (I even enjoy a little programming in C++, Lua, Python, Java, Javascript, and HTML languages), I decided that I really needed some experts to take a look at my machine and ensure there were no malware, malfunctioning Hardware/software, or any other issues and that my machine was performing the way it was supposed to. If you Want to find a place that will treat you right and not overcharge you then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! If you are tired of most PC Repair places telling you they can't do much in regards to Video Games issues or they just don't have the diagnostics to do it, then THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU! They left no stone unturned in fixing my issue! They made it their personal mission to take care of my pc problems. Also, it is very important to mention They have a gentleman working there who used to be a game tester for "War thunder". Most people may not know this, but "Technical Game testers" must have a good understanding of game development processes, as well as programming languages, hardware, and software. They must be familiar with different platforms, such as PC, console, and mobile devices (depending on the software they are testing). So that ought to tell u how good they are at understanding Gaming/performance issues. I can't say enough how rare it is to find a repair center that is like that. Forget every other place. Fix-My-PC-Store offers the best value and the best service around! They made me feel genuinley like a VIP customer! If your PC isn't strong enough to run certain things they can give you great recommendations to upgrade but In my case my PC was good enough to play the games, it just needed a little tender loving care from these Great professionals. They were able to change the battery on my iWatch with no issues....it now runs like a new series 2.

Came in right at closing last night and Roger was amazing and very helpful! He never tried to turn me away and had a smile willing to help the whole time. I took my pc to be fix on Aug 8 and one week later it was fixed. It’s working great. Price of labor was quite reasonable. The staff is approachable and efficient. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Great place.

I needed a good computer repair place for my 85 year old father who lives in Florida. This place had great reviews. When I called they were very helpful and reassuring. Brian the tech that came to my dads house was amazing from his patience to his calling my sister to keep us in the loop as he was at my dad’s and offering to help in so many ways. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone in the area who needs computer help!

This operation is fantastic! Staff worked hard to try to replace the screen of my old, old android phone. When the search was exhausted, they transferred as much as possible to my new phone. What was most impressive was their patience in answering my many, many questions, taking the time to explain what needed to be done and how long it would take, all with a pleasant attitude and concern for my satisfaction in what they would be able to accomplish with my outdated device.

Technician Zach updated the HP computer and monitor. He restored their working status while providing professional, patient customer service. As the only tech working in the shop at a time in December, he completed repairs in stages as he balanced time to work on my units and other projects as well. I recommend Zach for his excellent computer knowhow and smooth attitude.

I was very satisfied with the repair of my Galaxy S8 Active. The battery was swollen and they got the phone fixed and in good condition. The technician Zach was very helpful and I'll be coming back for another repair

Computer operation restored and faulty battery replaced - expect to bring in second laptop soon - glad to locate convenient competent repair source, especially one that can make house call for multiple equipment update and coordination if necessary.

I had a recent problem with my CPU overheating and believed it to be the water pump not working. The guys here took a look confirmed my problem. I provided them a new AIO water cooler which they installed for me. They saw that some of my wiring was done incorrectly and fix my wiring issue as well and moved some of my fans around to improve airflow no extra charge.

I’m super satisfied with the service the gentleman in the store provided. The guys that help me were Ben and Zack. They were very kind and helpful, and made sure to take the time to explain any questions I had. Would definitely be going back to them again in the future.

Fantastic company to have computer repair done . Outstanding workers to fix your computer

The team there are fantastic. From the owners to the staff. I enjoyed working with all of them. My hard drive was crashing and my computer guy was unable to obtain most of the files I needed. He referred me to the geek squad which they were unable to do anything except send the hard drive away. I was facing a crucial tax deadline for my business. They were able to restore my most important files within a couple of days. Therefore they were my heroes. So thankful for all of their hard and expedite work. In my opinion, they should be the first stop for data recovery or retrieval. i would not even think of calling any other company first. Thanks again!

Customer service is excellent. Their knowledge is admirable. Brian, is great he managed to save my child's photos from an OLD laptop that wouldn't even turn on anymore. The wait was minimal with excellent results. And Andrew helped me with my phone issues overall a great experience!!!!

I recently got a new laptop and went to the shop to get the data transferred from the old to the new. I explained to the owner Andrew that because I live quite a distance from the shop I needed to stay in the area while it was being done. I was given a time by Zack when the job would be finished. Right on time I collected the finished job. The next day they remotely installed my printer driver. Very professional staff.I go all that distance ecause I trust them with my personal data. I recommend them highly.
