Stephanie is amazing and exceeded expectations again as this is my second time utilizing the service. She went out of her way to help me and I also witnessed her helping someone else in such a great way.

My phone was rescued by a super knowledgeable and caring human. S21 is meant to be waterproof, so when it does on me after shooting some surface level underwater video, I was distraught. I got there about 25 minutes b4 closing and left about an hour later with a partially functioning phone. She was so helpful and accommodating. If you have any tech issues, go get yourself over to this place.

I was having problems with my phone charging. I had plugged in and unplugged my phone so many times that I thought I destroyed the charging port. I thought it was going to be a costly repair or possibly a new phone. uBreakiFix was able to clean my phone port and get everything back to normal within about 20 minutes. Thank you very much. So happy I took my phone here instead of just assuming I needed a new one. Great job!

I am very thankful I found this location. The employees were the best of the best. They were friendly, honest, and very helpful to help me as soon as possible with my situation I was having. I’m so grateful that I met them and looked this location up. I came into the store because I had a broken iPhone Pro and for some reason I wasn’t able to get all my photos and videos uploaded to my cloud on my new iPhone. They were able to help me recover all my photos and videos. If anyone needs any help with any kind of broken electronics I highly recommend them. I give them a 10+

Stephanie was a gem! I haven't experienced customer service in that caliber in a very long time and especially not with phones. I'm very satisfied with the level of knowledge, ease of communication and overall outstanding experience.

Phenomenal and super fast service getting all my data from a shattered phone, which apparently wasn't backed up on my cloud, transferred over to a new phone. Done same day in a matter of a couple hours! Life savers!!

This store was wonderful to work with. The techs are very professional and friendly and above all honest. Had a broken screen on my handset and when I went for my appointment they didn't have any parts for my particular phone but the tech came back and said there might be one coming in their order the next day but it is first come first serve so I left my phone. I waited until late afternoon to call and see if they had received one which they had and had already repaired my phone. Great service and the techs know what they are doing.
