I have been a shopping at El Dorado for the past 20 years and it has been the best experience ever. Luz was an amazing help throughout the whole process, I wouldn’t want anyone else to help. I am so grateful for the experience we had, what a wonderful place with amazing staff!

This store is the best in south Florida. The Customer Service is 5 Stars, Managers Mariasol and Dereck are at a very professional level and resolve any situation immediately! All sellers are excellent! What a successful group! Especially my salesman Ray Wills is a person with exquisite taste and he sold me a very nice sofa, thank you Ray! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Julia Demce has been our Sales Rep since our 1st purchase in Feb 2023, when we bought our house in Lake Worth , Fl. Presently, we have an order placed with her. The Wellington store is our Eldorado furniture store primarily because of Julia. She has been extremely helpful to us in selecting and purchasing furniture. She also works the delivery to our satisfaction. She is very knowledgeable about our taste and needs and we work well together. There are always issues with furniture stores, whether it be in stock items, deliveries, etc. Julia has been our "Go to" sales rep on everything at Eldorado. Our thanks to her at Eldorado.

We highly recommend El Dorado, and especially the Wellington site. We travel the extra mileage all the way from Hollywood FL, just for the good service we gat from Julia Demce. All the tips and tricks we got from her to match the best options to our new home were priceless. We came several times until we made up our minds, as this site has an extensive selection on display, a must see.

I went to the showroom looking for a kitchen table and chairs. The associate who greeted me, Janice, was personable, knowledgeable and NOT pushy, which I appreciated. She is an asset to the company. The delivery was on time and flawless. I will certainly return to this store for future furniture needs.

My husband & I have been shopping at El Dorado for the last 2 1/2yrs as we upgrade & buy new furniture for our home. We were greeted by Julia, and she's been on this journey with us ever since. She's kind, personable while remaining professional and just a delight to deal with. No pushy sales!! We've purchased a beautiful sectional (not pictured), the clock which we've gotten many compliments on. The dining room table & 4 leather chairs. The painting in the dining room as well as the 3 panel acrylic painting on the stairwell.Deliveries were made within reasonable timeframes & there were no issues at all. I can't recommend Julia enough - Ask for her when you go in, she's amazing! Thank Julia for making this process less stressful & always greeting us with a smile & that "i'm ready to help attitude" 😊

Norma was great! She found us exactly what we wanted, and we were in and out in less than an hour. Very happy with our purchase.

Stopped in, was greeted by AJ. Very friendly woman. I told her I wanted a 60" round bar height table, unfortunately this was not something they carry. She proceeded to tell me what they did have. I decided to browse around anyways. I appreciated that she allowed me to browse freely without hovering, but was close enough if I needed help that I could find her. I absolutely hate salespeople that follow you around I like to take my time and not feel pressured. I did see a sofa I may would like in the future and will definitely ask for her when I go back.

Very very wonderful service! Norma helped us so much with everything including finding the right furniture for us and finalizing payment details. From the moment we came in, she immediately greeted us with a smile and took the time to look at different furniture pieces, making sure we were satisfied with the one we picked. We even got help from the financial department where Chandra and Norma stayed past the time to help us get our furniture transaction finalized. We are really grateful for their help and we can't wait to come back and find the rest of the furniture for our home :))

Norma, the floor sales person, gave us an excellent treatment and attention for the second time. We've been really happy with the furniture we got a year ago so we decided to come back. She is very patient and knows the rooms in the store really well thus making our choosing much easier. She also keeps in touch as the furniture is in the process of being delivered and afterwards checking in how we were satisfied with the whole process.

Excellent customer service from Mayra! I walked into Eldorado she greeted me with a smile. I told her I was just looking for ideas for bedroom. She directed me to a few areas no pressure, in fact she kept a distance. Right before I walked out she mentioned I missed an area. I end up finding the exact bedroom set I envisioned. Extremely pleasant experience! Thanks to the finance girl as well!
