Marquevius Elston was the employee helping me when I picked up my order tonight at Home Depot and he was polite, courteous and helpful. He was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you, Marquevius!!

Amber, in the door department is the reason for our purchase. She had the knowledge and experience that we needed to make a decision on our purchase and without her we wouldn't have made one. Thank You for having such talented people who know their work.

Typical home depot store. Employees were helpful and kind. We found some smoke detectors on clearance and will be able to equip our home for a fraction of the typical cost.

This store usually has everything we need. Staff is friendly and we ended up down. Lawn makeover because they had items on sale. We prefer Home Depot over Lowe’s.

I would like to say, "Thank you," to Richard for helping me with the purchase of my first pressure washer, RYOBI 2900. I was super nervous, but he was so patient with me. I used it to today for the first time and the results were amazing. Thank you, Richard, you truly know the meaning of customer service.

I have been a customer of this store for over 25 years and God knows how much money I've spent there! Customer service has always been great but I will tell you yesterday I went into the paint department, 4:00pm on a Saturday afternoon there

One loan 18 year old girl was working the service desk when I walked up and began listening to her talk about paints to a customer I was absolutely floored about her in-depth knowledge of paints and what each was for, the application process for each surface prep, and more. Please take this in the spirit it's all intended because kids today usually are there for a paycheck so a lot of times training although necessary becomes a task and futility because again many kids today are there for the paycheck.

Her name is Ariana and if you are ever in the paint department of Apopka HD and need help she is definitely going to be a database of knowledge in regards to anything and all paint inside and out! To my point I had a very obscure request I had an off color flat white ceiling paint and between her using color match with the ceiling attic cover I brought in and then actually going and pulling swatches from the shelf I can say she did an absolute perfect job of matching a 20-year-old ceiling paint to where it's completely flawless!

The manager that trained her should be very proud because not only did they do a great job in the training/articulation of paint knowledge but did so in a way that it was retained with a high degree of accuracy!

I think today people take a ton of time to complain and not enough people take the time to say when a young person has done a great job and she is definitely what we would call in the restaurant business a Hi-Po "high potential " this all was displayed in her want to do right for the customer but also wanting to be knowledgeable about what she's doing. I recommend to Home Depot if you do not have her in some kind of manager training program that somebody sit down and counsel her about what her future is and how being a manager in retail can present a very good and stable future Ariana, Job Well Done!

Everytime I go to this location Dave is the first person to ask if I need help.. he’s such a hardworking helping young man.. this store stays stocked and is very clean I would definitely recommend

Quick service, fully staffed, very clean location in Apopka. Never seen shelves empty. Always have what I did. Thank you for your continued service 🙏 ❤

After attempting to support local businesses on Small Business Saturday, we ended up at Home Depot. Maters & Taters closed 10 minutes early, and an independent Christmas tree salesman has his trees so exorbitantly priced that we have up and padded the wallets of the big box store... much to our dismay, especially on this particular day. $59... 8ft. tree cut by the most helpful, friendly young man who trimmed the tree, wrapped it perfectly and sent us on our way. Price, product and service... A+!

This is my favorite Home Depot. I'm always able to find someone to help me when needed. Most of the time they are very knowledgeable about the subject, too. The shelves are always well stocked and for a home improvement place, it's actually pretty clean, too. The garden center is my favorite section!!

Today I had the best experience I've ever had at any Home Depot and I just had to leave a review for them!! We come to this location frequently and today, Jason (one of the managers) and Mike (who also was amazing) helped me pick out some tile for a shower/ bathroom remodel. They both took their time helping me, they gave me suggestions, answered any questions I had and were very attentive to me as a customer and it was very much appreciated. During my visit, Jason would frequently say hi to customers and asked them if they needed anything and would direct them to where they needed to go or found help for them right away...Amazing!!!! And Mike really took his time to talk interior design with me and I learned so much!! On top of all that, Jason took his time to help load up heavy tile into my car and offered to help other customers load their items as well while doing so. All around, these two went above and beyond and had such great customer service for myself and others! Thank you guys and we look forward to coming back again!

Purchased a bottle brush tree...price was affordable!

Got what I and the employees helped load the materials and other employees help load into my car (great price on concrete,$2 less than Ace) and I like Lowe's just as much as I like Home Depot just depends on which side of the road I'm driving🙄 just being honest

great place,great prices and although i dont shop there everyday whenever i need home decor,gardening ect,the HOME DEPOT has proven to be a great start for all of my DIY projects

My wife and I are regular customers of this Home Depot and we've been coming here for over a year now for all of our house projects. I will first say that we got a can of paint today wishing to match a can of paint we got last week and we were given the wrong color. We didn't notice until we were done painting that the color never dried to the desired shade. We came back to get the correct color but asked if we could get our money back due to the inconvenience of having to repaint.

Samantha was at the paint desk at the time and she was very helpful and friendly. She made us the right color then asked us to see the return desk. We explained to the other lady at the return desk (name starts with a G) that we were hoping to get our money back due to the mistake that was made but she was not friendly, quite rude actually, and refused to give us our money back and never actually called a manager to explain the situation or ask if it was possible. She sent us out the door with only $6 back for the inconvenience.

We later called the manager ourselves and spoke with Vanessa and explained everything and she apologized for the way things were handled and said we should have just been taken care of. We did end up getting a full refund and everything resolved well! Thank you to Samantha and Vanessa!

We went to home Depot this past weekend. The young gentlemen in paint were beyond helpful as they helped is decide which painting supplies would work best for our project. We also got some patio furniture and the lady back there was super courteous and walked us through the whole process and got us help to load it all into our vehicle. Thanks for a great experience 🔥

I love coming to Home Depot, my favorite part is that they are a dog friendly establishment! And very little judgement was passed on my bully breed girl Odessa 💖
