I Give The United States Postal Service In A Apopka Florida A 5 Star Rating. I Have Been Going To The Post Office From 1999 Until 2024. Friendly Postal Workers There Everybody.

Very professional and polite, despite my brusque demeanor. Kervin (sp?) Was very helpful and knowledgeable and worked quickly to help me resolve my problem.

Apopka's Post Office ranks #1 in my book! That's my opinion as a weekly customer since first arriving in Florida two years ago. It's also my perspective as a former US Postal Service employee (Caribbean District and Greensboro, NC District) and a former USPS security printing contractor in Buffalo, NY. I've been to several US Post Office stations in the Orlando metro area...Nothing compares to the excellent standards and the friendly multicultural atmosphere at the Apopka Post Office. To the Staff and Leaders I've interacted with I give 5 Stars of Gold. Thank you for your service and dedication every day! I respect and honor you always.

Azalea helped me mail a large pillow to Jacksonville. She was patient, knowledgeable, humorous, and thorough, helping me figure out which packaging to use, getting me the best and most affordable rate, and even chatting up my baby, who adored her antics. Such a nice lady and truly got my day off to a good start.

Was taken care of when my time came. Nothing special, just getting stamps and mailing a package.

Yeah, I just assume people here are really critical, but this is one of the easiest post offices I've ever had to deal with. Yes, lines can be busy, but they move along quickly! And yes, I often see other employees in the vicinity not at open registers...but you guys understand that processing our walk-in mail is only a tiny fraction of their job, right? When other workers are not giving you their undivided attention, that probably means they are responsible for another task/assignment (instead of the front desk intake) at that time.

For the brief window I volunteered at my campus mailroom, I was shocked to discover all the backroom handling/filing/sorting & paperwork that went into it...and during our training, we were constantly reminded of what we DON'T have to do, since we weren't a "real post office" 😂. So I can only imagine all the things these people are doing behind the scenes!

I had a package sent to the wrong suite number at my office so I called the post office to see if they could help. I spoke with Carlos who took my issues seriously and got right on it!
He went out of his way to investigate and connect with my carrier. It was refresh to talk with a real person who actually cared!

I'm not sure what all the fuss is about but this is a perfectly good post office. Everyone here was very nice and quick during my visit. With people complaining about them not Furnishing tape and having to pay for boxes, what do you expect? Do you want everything in life for free? They are providing a shipping service for very cheap and you expect them to give you everything for free. Come on. With reasonable expectations this place is perfectly fine.

Accessible kiosk 24/7 for stamps and packages, though must buy with credit or debit card (not cash), great when I want to bypass customer service desk or they are closed. Ordered my mail held for two week vacation and was executed accurately with prompt notice to service returning. My phone conversations have been professional, knowledgeable, and consumer service friendly.

Every time I go I am met with a smile at this location, the women are super sweet; especially the woman of color. it’s not super busy as some people may make it seem, the line goes quickly.

I feel sorry for all you guys describing horrible customer service experiences. I moved to apopka a year ago, and this is by far the best USPS office. My packages always arrive before the scheduled time. The customer service is excellent.

Today was good visiting here! Sending mail and being treated very good with wonderful service! Pleasant talking! And I had woke up with a head ache! They are great here at work!

I'm a small business owner and I'm at this post office several times week. The salespeople (?) are always kind, helpful and friendly. I never thought I would say this but I look forward to my trips to this location.

So far so good! Brand new apartment complex in the area but I am getting my mail just fine so far. Thank you!

It’s the Holidays and the line was LONG. The last thing I expected from this busy group of government employees was for them to be friendly and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by this post office.
