Verizon is expensive. Daniel Maraj Helped me solve such a difficult problem with my text messaging and my cell phone. I was so mad I could not figure this out. I can usually figure this stuff out. I tried everything under the sun. It took a while but Daniel figured it out, So appreciative because you can't really do anything without text messaging. I would buy any product from him supernice guy. Thank you Daniel!

I am a satisfied customer.
I came in when there were two sales representatives on the floor attending customers and two more customers in front waiting to be attended.
The sales representatives acknowledged the customers and me within a reasonable time.
I waited until my turn to be attended, at the time i was able to resolve and get service to my phone with the help of the female manager and over the phone in store with Verizon customer service.
I could not have not it alone. I am grateful and satisfied with the outcome.

This is third time I've been to this location in as many weeks, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience each time. The reps are incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. They stop at nothing to complete the task at hand, we had to migrate accounts (and upgrade our phones) from my mother in law to our own which was quite the process, the salesman made sure we were aware of everything happening and what to expect. We will be sure to always come back to this location for all future upgrades or help with our account. I've spread the word to all of my family and friends!

Akira is fantastic. Very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very kind. I would highly recommend her. And her teammates are wonderful, very patient and very accommodating. Definitely coming back for the brown team experience, that's what they call themselves, but I think they should call themselves the awesome team!

If you ever need service at this location, ask for Kenya, she was an absolute delight to work with. She made transferring my phone so easy and seamless. She was professional, personable, and most of all knowledgeable. She even knew enough to know that Verizon corporate was giving us wrong info so we called back and got someone else that knew what they were doing.

I was having issues with my service with T-mobile and wanted to switch. I was dreading coming in because of my history with salesman. My rep could not have been more opposite of the “typical salesman” he was thorough, explained everything and the process was painless! I will recommend this location to anyone and my rep to all of my family and friends.

I had a set up issue with my new Iphone 14. Went to the Apopka store and was met by Scott Knight. He was extremely knowledgeable and believed in customer service. This was one of the best experiences we have had with Verizon. We will not hesitate to do business with Scott again and would refer him to everyone. I received excellent service as soon as I walked through the door. The service rep greeted me and came up with the best deal for me. He was very personable, knowledgeable and great at communication. I will definitely be going back to this Verizon because they have great customer service and that's honestly hard to find these days.

The whole experience was excellent. There was a discount that I would not have gotten anywhere else, great timing, excellent suggestions and a very good customer service by all of the personnel and co-support throughout. Have never had as great a working sales experience as great.

Lost all my contacts and data on my new iPhone came into the store in a panic and he was so calm and brought back all my contacts and information and fixed my phone. wonderful personality and knowledge.
