I love coming through the drive thru and be greeted by people like Joella! I loved how polite and filled with energy she was. I pray she continues to share that good spirit with everybody. Food was great as always!

Food was hot and fresh! Better than most McDonald’s I’ve had. The manager and staff were friendly. The manager Yessenia was running that store effortlessly. I had an excellent experience.

Wow great people they treated me like I was their only costumer, my boards came out great. Home made, and they help me when they didn't have to. I highly recommend this company for all your out door gaming needs

We arrived at the restaurant at 8:04pm on a Sunday night, having pre ordered on the app. We had to wait until 8:42 to get out food. The food itself was good, but the wait was very long and the experience was frustrating. There was no sense of urgency from the staff during the time we were there.

Great food ok service from manager but everyone else was awesomeness!

This is my daily stop for breakfast, the workers always have a smile and are so warming when I come through ....

When they have your order ready before you order it how can you not give it 5 stars. I pulled up the Mc app to order a large caramel frappe and it was saying my order was ready and click here when you arrive. So I clicked it and it gave me my order number for drive thru pick up. Wasn't sure what I ordered but figured it was probably a glitch from yesterday's mobile order of caramel frappe. Well that's what I got. Fastest mobile order and pick up I ever had. Life is good!😎

The drive through line was a little slow. However the servers were very professional and jolly. My meal was hot and the fries 🍟 were perfect. No inside dining because of COVID-19. The rest room is available if you have to go. The staffers wished me Merry Christmas. So Merry Christmas McDonald's.

Food and service have gone way downhill over the years. Corporate management need to learn and train at Chick Fil A very soon and fast. MC DONALDS , Burger King , and Wendy's were the #1 Top Fast Food Chains decades ago. Since the 1990s you three have gone downhill and will be out of business in the next 10 years or LESS ! GO WOKE , GO BROKE !!!!

The management is fantastic and they are always fast and helpful even when the store is busy. The manager Mrs. Jennifer goes out of her way to take care of the needs of customers when they are having problems with something as simple as scanning a coupon. She's great

This place can take cash for large Coke anytime! They are very good on prices. The staff are very helpful. Each order is important to them. I love the egg biscuits! Thank you!

My experience at this McDonald’s was amazing! Brandon was so kind and sociable. By far the best McDonald’s I have been to. Although this experience was amazing I did have a hard time with Evelise she was very rude.

Loved working here when I did, about two years ago. Sure, there were times when there was tension on the floor, but this was by far my favorite place to work.

Service is Very Good. Customer service friendly and patient. If your order isn't what you want. They will give you New Meals and asked you to check to see if that is what you ordered. Apopka McDonald's manager is Awesome.
