Tumi products is my choice for leisure and for my frequent business travels. After 12 years I replaced my messenger and garment bag with the new Tumi Alpha 3 collection and absolutely the new line.

If you are looking for top notch customer service then please see Luisa the Store Manager. She is professional, patient and super knowledgeable with the products. She will go above and beyond to service you.

I love the original Tumi. But not since Samsonite took over. The design and products aren't classy and outstanding anyone.

Tumi lifetime warranty is terrible. Wanted me to buy another bag to replace my damaged bag. They did not have the parts to fix it. Went to Briggs & Riley because they offer a better warranty. Don't be fooled by their warranty. It is the worst I ever seen. Especially when you buy a 1000 suitcase. Never again

Awful customer service and very arrogant. Wouldn't let me open up a Tumi Vapor to see how the inside was organized. Before that she looked at me up and down and expressed displeasure with me going through all the pockets of the Alpha Knox to see if it would fit my needs to carry a laptop projector portable wifi and other equipment in a single bag. Find a different store. Tumi is a premium brand and should treat their clients better regardless of how they are dressed. Guess I'm not worthy to buy in her store.

I have spend THOUSANDS on this brand.They have become very very arrogant the return policy and Warranty is worthless

Bad Service- Was in warranty but because they 'didn't have the part' in the store to repair my bag made me pay exorbitant shipping cost to ship my bag out to their warranty repair shop. Sorry, that isn't good service, not for a 500 dollar suitcase.
