Jersey Mike's Subs

First time coming to this location we were traveling through from west Tennessee vehicle over heated. The manager and staff were super friendly the food was excellent I will stop again when I'm in the area.

I had an outstanding experience at Jersey Mike's, thanks to Derian's exceptional service. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made my visit truly enjoyable. The sandwiches were prepared with precision, and Derian's commitment to customer satisfaction deserves a 5-star rating. I'll definitely be returning for both the delicious food and top-notch service.

Place is extremely friendly and maintains its standards for franchises. They are doing their best during these COVID times to keep customers safe by social distancing and having a door greeter to avoid contact with touching anything besides what you buy (drink cup, sandwich, napkins, chips)

I love the chipotle sauce at jersey mikes and will definitely be back for more!

I’ve been going to this Jersey mikes ever since I moved from CT. There’s a new Owner and She is exceptional with her customer service and her amazing attitude everyday I walk in im always greeted by all the staff and they are all so friendly and kind. They make the best subs and don’t get me started on Breakfast sandwiches , I highly recommend getting a Bacon Egg and Cheese from jersey mikes in the morning you won’t regret it! Thank me later. over all i’m happy to be a frequent customer !

I visited the store multiple times this week with my friends and family, every time the food has been delicious and the costumer service has been amazing. Today when I visited, the workers LP, Bryce, and Jason were all very welcoming and quick to serve. I recommend this location above any other, any day of the week.

Absolutely love all the staff here are some of the friendliest people I've ever met. They are accommodating and genuinely care about my experience! Alexis, Toni, Chris, and Bryce are all incredible people along with all of the other workers. They like to joke around and make sure you leave smiling. Best Jersey Mike's in South Florida!

This is my favorite Jersey Mike's location! My food is always fresh and made as ordered. The staff is very respectful, kind, and attentive. Management seems to be on top of their game. Manager Toni is the sweetest- she is always smiling and super friendly both to customers and her staff. I've been beyond satisfied with every experience I've had at this store.

I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of a delicious sub and on point customer service. Jason, Bryce and Lp were the most amazing and helpful employees at the store. They always have a positive attitude, and know how to brighten anyone’s day.

The people working here are absolutely fantastic. I called to place an order for 11 people and the guy who took the order patiently wrote down the names and adds/subtractions for each sandwich and then read it back to me (perfectly). They had the food ready during their lunch rush within 20 minutes, separated in bags as hot/cold, and “enjoy!” written on the individual subs. Their customer service is unprecedented and I really appreciate the care they took in making our lunch. Thank you!

JM’s are one of the most consistent food franchises in the country. I know because I’ve eaten there from coast to coast! It has to be the staff training. They’re far better than one the other national hero/hoagie/submarine franchises that are everywhere, especially at travel plazas & truck stops. And I hail originally from New Jersey, so, “ Mike’s Way” is totally authentic.

I haven't been to a Jersey Mike's in 2 years. I was in the area after a doctor's appointment and decided to stop by the store on Military trail in Jupiter. I got a customized Reg #56, and this team did not disappoint 👏! OMG! It was sooo good! If I am over this way again, I will be stopping in to get my #56 fix!

I'm new to Palm Beach County, but I am not new to Jersey Mike's. In fact, I've been going to Jersey Mike's long before they were a chain - back when they were only a handful of local sub shops at the Jersey Shore. Ah, memories...

Anyway, this location, like many others across the country, has done an excellent job at preserving the style and feel of dropping into the old Jersey Mike's in Point Pleasant.

Upon my visit, the staff were friendly, if not cheery, and did a wonderful job whipping up my #13 - your classic Italian sub with everything!

The most recent visit during covid was quick and with virtually no contact other than payment. They even had a place for contactless pickup at the front of the store if you managed to pay ahead of time. That's pretty awesome, and I wish I had taken advantage of it!

So, the next time you're craving an authentic Jersey sub experience all the way down here in South Florida, just pop on in to the Jersey Mike's in Jupiter and grab a nostalgic taste of home.

As a New Jersey native all of these have a special place in my heart, however the crew at this specific location is awesome. Great personalities fast service and know how to make a sub! To the local guide that says Publix is cheaper. Yes it's cheaper but if you are from the North East it can't even compare! Highly recommend this J. Mike's location.

A solid lunch spot, I eat here at least once a week and encourage my office to order from them as well whenever possible. Consistently good, reliably fresh, with a friendly efficient staff to boot, I couldn't ask for more!
