11.02.23 - This is my favorite Staples store, because it is close to my house. Today I came for a printing job. The lady at this section was busy assisting (there were 4 of us, at the same time). But she helped each one of us, patiently and satisfactorily. I had one more question but by then she was busy at the counter. Another came from behind, surely noticing my raised hand. There was teamwork.

I guess this new attitude may be due to the new manager, PAULINE. I have known her since she was at the printing section and she had always been very helpful. I have seen many, come and go, but she and Joe have been mainstays. And they have always had great customer relations. And they know their stuff. Joe, I heard, works limited days so Pauline is just the right choice. I know them though I am sure they do not know me, being just one of the regular customers.

Fantastic printing customer service. Prompt fixing of printing mistakes, even if you're the one who made them. Special thanks to Eddie!

I went to exchange the item that I lost the receipt for. the personell gave me no issues about it just said hey if you have your credit card that you purchased it with just put it in the machine we will look it up and give you the exchange no problem. I did that ,within minutes I was out of there. thank you very much Staples

I always get my print jobs done there. The print department girls are professional and always meet my business needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I also think the other store reps are very helpful.

The reason their staff is unfamiliar with their products and a bit off is because this staples is part of a student work program from ABC unified school district. Many of their employees are new to work and the experience so they aren't very good at it. I think they should be a given a break as first timers, but of course different situations call for different reactions.

Fantastic place to visit. I've never been in a Staple Store before, so i was blown away to see how many other things you wouldn't expect in a store like this. Nice😉

Had to print an attachment from an email, sign it and scan it and send it back , this place was amazing especially the young woman in there print processing department.
See I'm an old guy and this type of stuff is just a little above my capabilites. THANK YOU, STAPLES.

I like this Staples because it's close to Cerritos College. And everything in this store is less expensive . And also the staff is nice and very helpful as well.

They laminated my sister's vintage newspaper clippings of her youth so I can conserve them for a longer period.
