Fried chicken is amazing. Now $5 for 8 pc dark on Mondays.

Want to complain about prices but unfortunately that's everywhere besides Canada! This Food World has the best cashier's I've ever witnessed! I love the way they work in teams. They always have the best personalities and humor! I never leave the checkout station without a good laugh and a smile!

It's a nice grocery store.. they have great deli lunches! Home cooked food and a large drink for less than any fast food place in town! Give them a try!

Great costumer service with employees who go above and beyond their responsibilities to help someone in need. My truck broke down in front of the store and 2 employees came out and helped me fix my vehicle. Couldn't have asked for more...

Nice Clean Grocery Store, helpful staff, and organized. Can't fault anybody but the U.S. Government for these high prices on groceries in the U.S. guess We The People need to REALLY march on Washington about everything being so high 🙋

This is the better market compared to others , it's small clean and customer service is attentive..

Very nice! Carts are sanitized after each use, aisles clearly marked for one way traffic flow, store was not crowded due to special hours for seniors, and staff members were very friendly. I found everything on my list.
Update on June 16th...no obvious precautions taken at this time for COVID-19. Only plexiglass between cashiers and checkout.

We ordered a special cake for our grand daughter's college graduation party, and were really impressed with the job that Food World did on it. The cake itself was very good, and the decorations were just what we wanted.

Employee owned grocery store. Still offering Cheep Chicken Monday, which is 8 pieces dark or mixed for $6.99

Really well organized store. Employees are very nice. Great place to go if you dont want to deal with a chaotic grocery store.

Food world has everything you need and a extra Lil something if you want ready to eat fried chicken, salads, and other items at the deli. Prices are reasonable but watch for sales they will usually beat wally world and others when they have good sales goin'

this is such a wonderful store with wonderful people in it it is a very clean store and I enjoy shopping in it when I come to Statesboroit has great service I truly enjoy that store and all the employees are have a very good manner about their self

It was kinda terrible , there was a young girl and it was obvious she was new and young she needed help and the manager just walked around when she was not sure what to do , I thought she was going to start crying but she just keep trying , Finally after me standing in line for almost a half hour he came over and helped her bag my groceries , I thank her and wanted to voice my opinion of him but did not , It looked to me poor manger skills and lake of proper training , my rating is for the young girl who is just trying to have job , the manger gets 5 - stars

Finally... a store that doesn't require people to wear masks. Because this the Home of the Free, and people are smart enough to make that decision on their own.
