They always have what I need and the staff is always nice and helpful if I need help or recommendations. When I went in on 9/9/2022 there was a Karen who was giving the employee with the pink curly here a rough time and she handled it perfectly to make sure things didn’t escalate and it didn’t prevent her from providing excellent customer service right after the altercation.

The staff here has always been excellent. My go to store for the past 2 years ❤❤

Awesome! The young lady who helped us was knowledgeable and friendly. She knew just what we needed to fix our hair color issues even though my friend and I had different issues. Would most definitely recommend. Just wish I could remember her name.

I was just there 2 weeks ago during the quarantine. They associates are VERY knowledgeable and very nice. I love this location. They all need a raise!

Associates here were very helpful when the delran store was closed for no apparent reason. Will now go to this location 15 min away instead of the location right up the street.

I called this place on Sunday. Online says they are open until 7pm. I called she said the same thing i packed my kids up and drove all the way here and they were closed. Super annoyed. I dont wven think she was paying attention on the phone

Management must've changed in the past year. The lady who used to be there FOR YEARS was amazing, she always kept the store stocked and was really insightful when it came to hair. Within this past year they've been closed during open hours, they've literally shut the lights off as I walked up to the store before with at least 20 mins until closing, they're frequently out of stock that I never had a problem finding before. (it's 4:55 and the store hours say theyre open until 7pm and yet they're locked up with lights off) This is a corporation not a family business I wouldn't expect these types of problems but this has been my experience this year. This used to be my favorite sallys location but I guess I'll have to use the online store.
