The UPS Store

I don't send/ship many times but the few times I have had I have opted to go to this UPS location. Every time, I'm amazed by how professionally I am treated, how smoothly things run and how polite the people behind the counter are! I walk out of the store happy and worry free that my packages are handled well and reach the destination.
These services are hard to come by those days.

I went here after no luck at FedEx across the street. They are always staffed and ready to help. After being unable to forward my email to them, the gentleman behind the counter showed me how to long onto their computer and print my copies from there. Thank you guys for always being fast, efficient, but most of all courteous!!!

Visited this UPS store multiple times and will continue to visit in future too.
Notary:
They provide Notary signature and I have done lot of documentation notary till date with them and they perfectly validate the original and sign the photo copy with Notary signature.
Parcel service:
Been this place multiple times for parcel local and international and it’s was quick and affordable. Something we need to stand in large queue. Apart from this nothing to worry.

Very clean store and helpful staff. Usually not a long wait. The wheel- chair accessible ramp is right outside the store and there are actually two wheel chair access spots at this location. They have document shredding service at 75 cents per pound and notary services in addition to shipping service.

I have been a customer at this location for many years. However, I was extremely displeased with the previous owner, Randy, and decided to end my business relationship with this location. Thankfully the current owners soon purchased this location and I now enjoy coming into the store. It is family owned, and at the end of a long day, it's nice to see a pleasant, warm, friendly, inviting, smiling face or two...or three. I am quite pleased with the wonderful customer service that I have consistently received from this location since the new owners bought it. My experience has been that they treat me like family. I also really appreciate that they promptly contact you when a package arrives for you (as a mailbox holder). I highly recommend this location.

Great customer service, the owners really helped me out with some of the printing work I needed quick. They went above and beyond to get me pricing for each items I requested a quote for. Whenever I want to get something notarized from them or something mailed to my friends and family I always go to them and they have the solution to all my printing and mailing work. I would recommend this UPS store for anyone who is looking to get some print work done, specially getting big prints done and Don't want to search for fast signs, they can help you out with majority of the printing work. I shopped around a few different UPS stores when looking for a mailbox. The moment I walked in I met V, she was pleasant and provided me with all the information I needed to move forward . I am in the store on a weekly basis and everyone takes care of me so well. They are my extended family now :-)

I am extremely pleased with the customer service I received from Vaidehi at this UPS State Bridge location. I mailed an important package and found out that I addressed it to an old address. I immediately went back to the store to see what I could do. Vaidehi tracked the package and was able to assist me in retrieving it. She kept me advised of the progress and due to her quick action we have a happy ending.

I have been a customer of this UPS store for probably 10+ years. The new owners are very good at operating this store efficiently and always with a smile. It is a family owned business and that is the best in my opinion.

A very clean store with a courteous and very help staff.. Vaidehi is very knowledgable on the services they provide and takes pride in packaging items as if it were her very own things she was shipping out. I would definitely recommend them as a primary place to ship with. Especially very fragile items.

I’ve been shipping here for three years and the customer service is awesome. Vaidehi, the owner, goes out of her ways to assist me and the other employees are very knowledgeable and helpful!

I visit this location multiple times a week to drop off shipments for work. All of the staff from upper management to new workers going through training have been very friendly and helpful. I have yet to have a single negative experience at this location. The location is a bit annoying to access, but the staff makes it worth the effort.

My dad and I have both been customers for our respective businesses for years and years now. I opened the mailbox with them after incorporating in 2006. Rod and staff have been great both for regular mail and receiving computers and other more expensive Internet orders that I would never trust to be delivered to my home door.

This store is awesome. From Owner to Manager and other employees, they are very friendly and helpful.They provide superior customer service and are very professional. They really care about the service they provide.

I frequent this location often always courtesy and friendly staff. Needed help locating a tracking number from a previous drop off and Rod was more than helpful. Thankful to know there are still people who truly care about employees.
