I have to tell you, I was going to the same pharmacy for 22 years in Maryland and I’ve been going to Kroger for three years here and I never had such an outstanding pharmacist as that is at Kroger pharmacy on route nine. He is absolutely incredible. He feels my prescription like right away even when I don’t need him right away, he is so personable and he works so hard and I don’t know how to get it all done. He is a huge asset to Kroger and now I know why I am so lucky that he came here from another location. I have to say I thought I missed the drive up window at CVS, but heck no, it’s worth it to see his smiling face you every single time I go in. I highly recommend it.

Large market which carries most everyday items. Not my favorite but still has most items. To get a cart, put in a quarter and it unlocks the short chain. Bring the cart back, insert the chain and get a quarter back. Made an extra 50 cents. Haha

I love coming to this Kroger....everyone is friendly!

I got 5 star gas service from Deanna . I was having a problem with one of the pumps and before I could look up she was already next to me assisting me without me even asking.(WOW) her customer service exceeded expectations and I just want the 🌎 world to know how she went above and beyond for me . Thankyou again sweetheart 💓 Your hard work did not go unnoticed.

Kroger has good prices and good customer service.

The crazy thing is I really never even knew this Kroger was here the way the plaza is set up. When you get in it's pretty much a very nice Kroger everything is in order and nice. Although it is older design meaning built around the late 90s early 2000s it still kept its age very well. As you walk in the floral dept. is actually to your immediate right as you walk in then the deli department comes on through the rest of that wall until you get the produce department. Then of course it's the meat department and in a dairies on the opposite side of the store from the entrance. Although some of the beginning spaces are kind of cluttered it's still arranged pretty neatly. When I was in the store I was able to get some fresh produce, fresh salmon at the seafood counter and then of course the rest of the groceries that I was there to shop for on my time there. I would recommend this store I'm not necessarily a Kroger fan because I do prefer Publix but whenever I am in this area this will probably be the Kroger I will stop at. They also have a fuel center which is cool if you have a Kroger Plus card with some point so you can get some money off your gas seeing that gas at this time is very high price. Whoever the store leader is I would like to say thank you because you're doing a great job keeping the store in order and to all your department heads thank you all for making sure your departments are cool and good.

I just want to say the pharmacy at this location is doing a wonderful job. Despite how crazy busy they are…they are warm and friendly. The pharmacist here went above and beyond to help me when I had trouble scheduling a vaccine. I am truly grateful. Thank you!

Good prices, helpful & friendly staff when I've had an issue, clean and well organized store. Free samples and a well-stocked clearance rack are nice bonuses.

Then again, compared to the Murder Kroger, any other seems like paradise.

Hi! I had a wonderful terrible experience. It was terrible because I lost my keys! Checked with Customer Service, no one had turned them in. I started to retrace my steps (which was pretty much every aisle because I was BIG shopping), very quickly nearly every employee in that place was looking with me. This is the wonderful part. One lovely lady helped me go through all my bags and pockets. One gentleman even got on his hands and knees with a flashlight to look under the shelves in case they got kicked under there. When we found them (in floral - where I started), I was so relieved!!
Anyway, thank you thank you thank you to John's Creek Kroger for keeping my panic to a workable level and being so very helpful. You really went above and beyond and I will not forget this kindness!

It was s great place to shop grocery an household itmed everyone who worked there at Kroger were very polite and courtesy. When i asked someone for help they were very polite an courtesy an also adfed have a great day vn place to shop grocery or household items i enjoyed vm.

I went in for stuff to make chicken soup with- a primary ingredient being the spices that are in McCormicks bag and season packet they make for baking chicken. Apparently, this kroger doesn’t carry it but I was helped by very nice guy from the deli section who directed me to another nice guy named Steve from the cheese booth. Steve actually took me around the store quickly and we eventually found something similar. A big thank you to the deli guy (i’m sad i didnt remember his name) and Steve. The store itself was clean, the aisles were wide- the lady at the check out was nice- 5/5 would recommend to a friend.

First of all it was fantastic racking up 700+ Kroger plus points just today. I accepted an offer on my Kroger app 4Xs fuel points for all gift card purchases made this weekend, another offer (good till this coming Tuesday) for 200 additional plus points for any iWireless airtime card (the one I bought was $45, so on this one purchase alone I got 380 plus points) and I redeemed a coupon (that I can use multiple times till March 30) from my Kroger credit card that yields 200 additional plus points for every purchase of Happy gift cards (I spent the minimum required $20 for a card redeemable at Burger King, Panera and 2/3 other quick service eateries and ended up with another 280 plus points). If I wanted to I could get $0.70 off per gallon @any Kroger gas station, but I want 300 more plus points so I can get a $1 off per gallon.

The go to place for all groceries! They're very organized and have the coffee I always struggle to find! Masks are required

We shop here weekly ,food is always fresh and fair prices and great friendly service.

Been shopping here curbside since before the pandemic. They are always super nice and fast loading my car.
