We recently took our old english sheep dog to Johns creek Petsmart for grooming. We are very happy and satisfied with the service.Armando our groomer, did a excellent job grooming my 80 lb furry friend.He was extremily patient inspite of our dog's toilet mishap and did an outstanding job.Thank you Armando!

PetSmart at 3630 Peachtree Pkwy, Suwanee, GA is our pet store of choice. The location is very convenient and surrounded by some of our favorite stores and restaurants. We have adopted all the family pets here. There staff is very kind and knowledgeable! The prices are competitive, and the loyalty program is great!!

Always such a great location. Was picking up some dog food and bird seed. Have done dog training here before with a young Lab. This Sun Conure is a cutie if you know anyone looking for a bird. Have had a Conure years ago. She’s very docile and sweet.

My cat loves to lose her name tags. Pet smart is close by and thankfully inexpensive.

Their grooming salon is great and efficient! I used to go to another location and they would take more than 4 hours for my dog’s grooming. This place leaves my maltipoo looking great in 2 hours. Great service!

First off, my dog loves coming into petsmart. Its like therapy for her. Went out of town and put my dog in the pet hotel and the service was above and beyond. My dog was hesitant at first but warmed up quickly. She really enjoyed her private room. She even got a good exit bath. I will definitely use them in the future.

Pets were happy when arriving to the hotel and when being picked up at the end of their stay. They were calm and good spirits. The staff were very helpful and professional. The areas visible seemed very clean. We will definitely consider this service for future pet boarding.

I dropped my 2 chihuahuas off for grooming. Was called 2 hours later for pick up. They were awesome.

WE love the groomers, hotel, veterinarians, and store assosiates at this Petsmart! They have seen us through dogs that are now in dog heaven, and with our current dogs (golden retriever & goldendoodle). We trust them with their lives!

This neighborhood PetSmart has been a good resource for our pets, as well as a great place for local shelters to adopt out pets. They are knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

I went to Banfield inside the store.

They are super busy but still very polite. My dogs needed some extra love they don't like to be dropped off and they handled it so gracefully. They went over all details of the bill and recommended better options then I had. I love this team and so do 🐶 and 🐶.

My fur babies stay here when I travel. The staff is caring and friendly and greet my fur babies by name when they arrive. They have themed days and activities and a rewards program to earn free stays

Seriously, I love Hannah at the John's Creek grooming salon. She has been grooming my 12 year old Maltese now for probably 6 to 9 months and every single time I love the cut, I love Hannah's care and service and I am thrilled to have found her. THANK YOU HANNAH

Very happy with my dogs stay at the pet hotel. Pet Smart hotel was safe, clean friendly environment filled with caring employees ready to take care of my dog Phoenix. I brought all my required paperwork and had shots done for Phoenix in plenty of time for her stay. If I had to say anything negative at all it would be that I was unable to contact the Pet Hotel by phone to confirm my dogs stay. I did all my research and reservations online and waited for there confirmation. As it turned out all good anyway, it would have been nice to be able to talk with someone. Good stay happy they have this service.

One of the better locations I've been too. I take my pup here regularly for doggie day camp and she's loves it there! Literally doesn't even turn back to say bye to me when I drop her off and looks back like she doesn't want to leave when I pick her up.

The store itself is organized and you're always greeted upon entering. I've picked up dog food and some dog toys and have always been happy with the selection.

I was so impressed with the customer service and professionalism during my per’s first grooming appointment. I came home and phoned the salon to once again thank them for the wonderful job they did on my sweet dog, Blue. He looks amazing. Each person I encountered during the entire process was friendly, kind and very professional. I’m impressed and looking forward to continued visits.

Shopping at this location makes it fun. When I didn't have a good day my cashier Mrs James was there with a smile and reminding me of the good things in my life like my pups.
