Walmart Supercenter

You know I got to admit when I was in Columbus Ohio and Monticello Kentucky, I was not real impressed with Walmart Superstore. But since I've moved to Greenwood South Carolina I must say that this Walmart is one of the best and most well stocked Superstores that I have been in for walmart. It seems they have a large variety of things you would need and every time I want something I can get on my phone Google it and Walmart comes up as having what I am looking for I am very pleased with this Walmart they do a very good job their prices are reasonable their staff is friendly and lots of help. I am very impressed with this Walmart

This Walmart is by far one of the best I have ever been too! Almost everything in it is on clearance. Also, the shoe selection is unreal. There has to be at least 10 aisles of shoes, all on clearance. I pass by it on my way to college and never noticed it. This Walmart is definitely where you want to be!

Every 2-3 weeks I place an online grocery pick-up order to feed my family of 6 that includes 4 children. The staff here are always really quick with assistance and polite. I always feel at ease and its best when I don't even have to take my children into the store with me to shop. Every experience is 10/10, even if I've had to cancel an order or had any mishaps.

Even though it was the night before Christmas Eve and a lot of the shelves were about empty and the store was packed and people were being rude; I actually went through a line with a cashier that was about to get off for the night and I had a difficult order...1 of my items didn't have a tag it was the only 1 in the store and when she entered the # from inside on the tag of the garment it still wasn't coming up in the system, she got a manager and found a similar item to use then I had several gift cards plus my debit card to pay. I was a very aggravating customer and she could have lost it with me but she went above and beyond to help me. She also kept a dialogue going with the people in line behind me and had us all enjoying a conversation while I was holding up the line with my difficult purchase. Everyone was laughing and talking it was pleasant...she was awesome... Merry Christmas 🎄

This Walmart in Greenwood is the best Walmart. The employees that work there are always working hard and always eager to help me when I need to find that special thing for my family. I know that if there's something that I desire and I really want it I can go to Walmart and it'll be there because this Walmart has a wide variety of items that cross the board. It has the largest parking lot and their parking spaces are all the same you can go down any aisle you want to and still Park and have no problems. This Walmart is the cleanest Walmart I've ever been in this has the shiniest floors and the cleanest bathrooms. Their shelves stay stocked, even during the first of the month with groceries and they have top choice meats that I always enjoy. I'm at Walmart so much I should get a part-time job there. I might check on that!!

Curbside pick up very easy and staff was courteous

This particular Walmart is always fully stocked with everything! I've noticed they even carry some things that the other local Walmart doesn't. It's not overly crowded, customer service is good, but customers are not very friendly, but I'm not eating them, lol.

Oh did we find some great deals. We found potting soil bags marked down to 1.40 so we got all six. And top soil for .40 a bag. We were all excited. The girl at the counter was great she made the transaction go smooth!! There are lots of deals to find every trip! Derrelyn

I like this Walmart. It's clean and well stocked and the produce section is well maintained.

I've been to several walmarts and the customer service and the care of management here is great. Firstly, they always pick out the best fruits (no brusing of the fruit) and meat when I do grocery pickup so shoutout to the grocery pickup team and the ones that come out in the rain, cold and heat! I had a scary situation with where i thought someone couldve been following me and management was swift to have someone escort me out! Because of her and my escort their immediate concern and attentiveness I am more than thankful for this walmart (location specifically). The store is always clean, organized and spotless! Thank you to all the hardworking employees here. Upper management needs to recognize this team and store!

Today's trip to Walmart was pretty uneventful. I come to the store because I found an item online that said it could only be purchased in store but unfortunately they did not have the item in stock after all. I don't blame the store I know these in stock out of stock options online are not always correct. We visited the bathrooms which were clean. I also spoke to a couple of employees in electronics who were very helpful and willing to chat a moment. I was able to get in and out of the store pretty quickly and able to find a car battery for my mom which was very important as you can imagine. They also had five masks for $3 so get them while they're hot I love a bargain

I usually shop at Seneca or Anderson. They usually have long wait time at the register. But this Walmart had lots of helpful employees and plenty of registers with no wait time

Wonderful experience at 7am. In and out in record time.

The Walmart associates on the floor are very helpful. Things are constantly being rearranged so we need help getting adjusted to moves.

We have one gripe. Paper product shelves are not labeled with prices which is irritating because they are very expensive. This situation started w/ Covid but has never been resolved.

need's more employees that will help you you see 20 people standing up front and 20 more of them around the side and half of them say they don't work their and be waring Walmart clothes but always love Walmart tho just wish i didn't half to walk all over the place to just get some help

I had never been in this store. At first I thought it was small from the outside. But when I went inside it was really large. They had a lot of different things in this store that the walmart here didn't carry.
And let me tell you about the restroom. It was around 5:30pm. It was SUPER CLEAN!! with toilet seat covers in every stall. NOTHING on the floor! No water, no pee, no tissue no trash.
NOTHING!!
keep up the job Greenwood walmart. I'm coming back to visit this store again.

Walmart has gotten better at having the right stuff people are looking for but on the other hand there's never enough employees to fill out everything so Us customers can get out of the store faster than waiting in long lines Everytime we go into the store, I've gotten to the point where I don't like going in Walmart cause you can't get out fast enough, but it's starting to change more & more & today I got in there and out faster than I did last time, just need more employees to come together and help customers more, I see it more than I used to Now and it's gonna get better, thank you to all the Walmart employees for helping me Everytime I'm in there and it's all colors that come up with asking if I need help with anything & I appreciate that more than anything cause we all need to come together and help the next person, there was a very nice lady in front of me and we talked the whole time standing there and she was having a tough time with everything in life but at same time she had a Big smile on her face and said we all are dealing with the same thing in life and I loved her personality to the point where I paid for everything she got & she cried and couldn't believe I would do something for her without knowing her, but it was her personality and I wanted to help Cheer her up alittile and it wasn't something I was going to do or thought about before I got up there, I just did it and she had Me and the girl at checkout crying with her, she touched me in so many ways cause I wasn't having a good day either but meeting her gave me hope that everything going to be alright and I never gotten her name, she was a color woman that I wish I could say her name instead but to her if she reads this, thank you for all your advice and your kind words and for being such a wonderful person to chat with while standing in line, we all need to come together and help each other cause you never know what that person is going through, & she wanted to pay me back & I said hello the next person & we hugged each other & she left, so don't ever judge people cause you never know what will happen while you standing in line at Walmart..

Only went in for gift cards. Got them.

I'm blessed to have such great Pharmacists and staff at this Wal-Mart Pharmacy. They know me and my husband and offer good advice when needed. The staff is very polite.

I love Walmart my last 5 visits have been nice. Employees always busy, which sounds as if I'm complaining. No to me that says they appreciate their jobs, hugh high 5 to their managers etc. That makes the flow of the store go well. So for me the customer the items that I am there to purchase a nice experience. I know that Walmart's supplies are going to be very rug y good quality. My experience has been great all round experience a 10.
