As always, the associates were extremely nice, friendly and cheerful. Their smiles, conversation, and happiness were genuine. You don't get that treatment from any other restaurant, even those who have stolen the phrase "My Pleasure."

Love this restaurant chain. Best chicken sandwich, ever! I also love their icedream cone. It's great as a light dessert on a hot summers day. I do not and have never liked their waffle fries. I remember way back when they had regular fries and introduced the waffle fry. Then, they switched to them permanently. I can only tolerate them with lots of ketchup. So thankful that they serve the large, dipping containers of my favorite ketchup, Heinz, the only ketchup worth eating.

The only thing I can say has been said a million times. Chic Fil A are masters of the universe when it comes to delicious food, customer service, and variety for all kinds of dietary needs. Family friendly, fast and efficient.

My battery suddenly died while I was in the drive thru. Suddenly five team members came out, helped me push my car to the side, gave me a jump and I still got breakfast!! They were so amazing, so thoughtful and because of them I was able to drive my car to the dealership to get a new battery. Chick-fil-A team turned an embarrassing situation into a real blessing! Thank you all of you!!

Would be greatly appreciated if y'all taught your employees what easy ice is. The food is always great but the lemonade is on a whole different level of hitting

I dont leave reviews but, there was an unhappy customer in here today and was being very rude and mad over something very minor and the manager and staff handled it incredibly. Also my food is ALWAYS great and exactly what I order 10/10 good job yall keep up the good work.

I'm not a huge chicken fan, but when I'm in the mood for it, I go to chick-fil-a. Their service is outstanding, the lemonade is by far the best, and I like you they offer fruit for a side during those hot days when you don't feel like greasy fries.

A great place to grab a good meal. And prices were great.

These guys and girls are always on top of their game. Employees are great. Space is clean. Service is faster than competitors. Price is not bad. Milk shake machine works. Food is always good. Awesome place.

The customer service here is beyond what could be expected when me and my friend came in our car had died after we were done eating. We went in and asked for help in no time flat someone came out in the rain and helped us. After helping us he even offered a drink to make sure we were good for the road ahead. Its Unreal how kind they were this is the best customer service experience I've ever had and it will stick with me for awhile. I wish I could remember the name of the man who helped us because he deserves something his kindness because he wouldn't accept any payment from us and said they he was just happy with doing a good deed.

I got a notice saying I'd been here 3 days ago, please review my visit. Well, I haven't been to any Chick-fil-A in a month, not sure where Google maps is saying I went to. Was it in Atlanta Ga, or Athens, Ga or Anderson SC, maybe Spartanburg, Greenwood or Greenville SC?
Wherever it was I'm 100% sure, whomever ordered a chicken sandwich, spicy or not, it was delicious.

Never have a issues when we go. Very clean ,very friendly atmosphere food is great.

So I came in for lunch and ordered an 8 count nugget and fries with a Coke Zero. Overall my meal was good, but was looking around and saw something that kind of bother me. A young lady brought a meal to 3 different people and was quick with out stopping to make eye contact with the individual who brought a meal with Chick-fil-A. Form someone who use to work at a food industry and knowledge the 4 core values of Chick-fil-A

1.*create eye contact *
2. Share a smile
3. Speak with enthusiastically
4. *Make personal connection *

Remember to read the whole order out to them while make Good eye contacts. With a small and enthusiastically, personal connection.

Do not be so quick to just drop off the meal and say my pleasure and leave. Ask if there is anything else I could help you with and can get for you. I’m see this happening way too often and no one really cares to address it.

I get Chick-fil-A is a fast pace job But by taking a 20,30 seconds and asking if there is anything else I can do or get would be going the second mile service. Chick-fil-A is here to serve other not yourself. What is happening to the old Chick-fil-A I use to know growing up as a kid and loving to come to CFA and knowing the kid of customers (Guest) service.

You never know who is watching your performance?

When I lived in Orlando, I would always get the chicken salad on toast with pickles. I wish you would bring it back.

Went here for a meet and greet. I'm sure the food is just as excellent as other CFAs in the area. The Team there is friendly and the atmosphere very inviting. This would be the one I would go if you happen to find yourself in the Greenwood, SC area.
