Outback Steakhouse

Service sitting at the bar was excellent. I had a Wallaby Darned and a Cesar Salad. You can't go wrong. If you have never had a WD you need to try it.

Our waitress was awesome and friendly. Steaks were cooked perfect the first time and food was great. My daughter loved the mac and cheese. Pretty good joint and glad to see they are getting back to normal and folks are coming back out. No complaints

*Changed my review to 5 stars as my most recent visit definitely improved! The steak was so delicious. **Normally I LOVE the Outback. Their steaks are AMAZING. It may have just been anxiety if being a new waitress, but our server forgot or messed up almost the entire meal. 4 adults, 2 kids. The kids meal fries were doused in the salt & pepper seasoning, I had no garlic butter topping for my steak, and it got cold waiting for it. My "premium" side of mac & cheese was actually cold & had no topping or cheesiness to it. No bread until AFTER appetizers & we had asked 3 times. No croutons for my mothers caesar salad, no sour cream, no butter that were all requested. Positives: the manager...I think Stephanie was her name, made it right & comped several things from our bill. I was just disappointed we had looked forward to dining out for my nephews birthday & nobody at the table fully enjoyed their meal, except for my pups when they got our leftovers!

This Outback is the best one in the area for my wife and I! We live in the Clinton area so we have to travel to Simpsonville, Greenville, Spartanburg, or Greenwood to go to a good Steakhouse. Outback Simpsonville recently opened and we thought it was going to save us a few miles. But after trying their food we decided The Outback in Greenwood is the best in our area. They always accommodate us because I have oxygen and like being away from a crowd so no one will trip on my oxygen caddy. So we mostly sit around the bar area. The food is really good. The atmosphere is very tranquil and the service is great. Our waitress was the best. I forgot her name but she is a tall African American lady with glasses. And I recommend her to everyone. I'm not good with names but next time I will get it. Lol Thank you Outback Greenwood for always making our dining experience a pleasant one!!

They have a very nice setting and overall lovely workers. They are very kind and friendly to all of the workers and customers that come here. They are respectful and even if you have a problem or complaint they will try their best to fix it. The food is definitely to die for. I definitely recommend coming here and I love the cheese fries with bacon and a side of ranch.

From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience. Their team just worked so great together. From being greeted promptly, prebusing, food expediters, and service by Hannah Richardson was exceptional. Omar, the manager, has everyone working so proficiently. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Took a friend out that wanted to go to Outback. He had the porterhouse and I ordered the steak salad & my wife the salmon. He said his steak was excellent and my wife enjoyed her salmon. What surprised me was how good the steak salad was. Ample strips of 1/4" sliced sirloin with salad greens red onions and blue cheese crumpled into it. So I got the blue cheese dressing which I never order unless I'm eating wings. Man, I really enjoyed my dinner which we also shared some volcano shrimp. The best waitress in Greenwood, Jenny, took excellent care of us. The only thing I can complain about was the view.
I saw a buddy out with his wife and he gave me hard time so here is my payback, complaining about the view. Good thing he has a pretty wife!

We travel to Greenwood on occasion and grab a bite after a long day. I must say we now prefer this location over the other restaurants! Every time our service has been reasonably fast, the staff is very friendly, and we enjoy the food. I will say a competitor chain butchered a steak one time, yet consistently the steaks here have been awesome. We continue to stop here if we are in the area. Keep up the good work!

We visit Greenwood Outback location at least once a week. It’s our go to place for great food and service. Not sure who the cook was tonight but my steak was one point. Great flavor cooked perfect. Our waitress Kassie was amazing too. If you haven’t been lately give it another try. I promise since Barree has taken over completely it’s been getting better and better each time.

Our hostess, Carol, was so friendly and gracious at Greenwood, South Carolina. She is a gem! This Outback is welcoming, the food is fresh and hot, and our experience was very pleasant!

I had a wonderful dinner last night. I wasn’t having a good day but her service and kindness turned my night around. I will definitely be back to see Caitlin!

Old school Outback but the bar service was excellent. The bartender was awesome. Food was great but pricey.

Today my experience at Outback was amazing. My wife got the Alice Spring Chicken and I got the 1/2 rack of ribs and the food was DELICIOUS 10/10! The manager the young guy made sure we was good. He brought our food to us in a VERY decent time. He was very helpful. Our server was Abby. She’s amazing as well. Great environment and hospitality. Keep up the Great work.

Everything was fantastic. The food was hot and delicious. Claudia was very helpful and my order was right. I appreciate her for going out of her way. Will be ordering again soon

For a great night out with that special some one or just a nice evening,this place is top shelf. And the prices are reasonable for the amount of servings you have.Great place.

Madison was a great attentive server. She provided awesome recommendations and made sure every part of my meal was perfect. Even Omar the manager came to visit our table to make sure we enjoyed. A+ plus ! This is my best visit by far keep up the great work - JD

The Greenwood Outback is always great and if for some reason they do make a mistake they rectify it quickly. Service is always outstanding in the bar area for lunch.

Service was quick and good! My waitress Francesca was very friendly and made sure our drinks were topped off along with making sure we were pleased with everything. Food was hot and cooked perfectly by the cooks. Management was making sure everything ran smoothly. Everything about outback was perfectly executed today from management to the buster. Great job and will be coming back for more
