IHOP

Good service. Although it didn't seem very busy, they must've been short on staff because the waiter, who was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, was running around like crazy. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. There was nothing wrong except my pancakes didn't have cream. I didn't ask for it, but the images all have it. It's not an issue, but be sure to specify what you may want. Also, the building AC was out, causing the building to be a little stuffy. An access door was open to let air in at least. Overall, it's not a bad stop. Could have been better, but it could've been way worse.

I went to IHOP this morning to get to go order for a good breakfast for my family. That is Exactly what I got. I ordered Big Steak Omeletts with a side stack of pancakes with butter pecan syrup. Everything was Hot and Delicious ! It was Exactly as I hoped it would be . Thanks for the Hard Work and Thanks Again for the Excellent Food!

This is the best place to get a hearty classy ( with down to home ppl) in Greenwood. Carly and Daisy were amazing. We had the best service and food. We will recommend this spot to anyone anytime!

IHOP GREENWOOD 's Tiffany and Carly are very friendly and welcoming. The food was fantastic and service great. The dining room was clean and newly remodeled. I would highly recommend.

Our server Carly was super friendly and the manager Tiff was really attentive to the customer. The dining room was really clean. I love the new decor and menu items. Would recommend to all my friends.

We visited this IHOP location today and really enjoyed ourselves. The environment was peaceful, clean and welcoming. Mama Manda (manager) and her staff were very accommodating to us. We were in town for a Family Reunion and Mama Manda even joined in a picture with us 😊. Thank you IHOP family for starting our day off right!

We went in late Saturday (after 10PM). I ordered the steak tips with pancakes, eggs and hashbrowns.

10 is how I rate the service and food. There wasn't any customers in the restaurant except us. Tiffany, our waitress was GREAT and the cook (manager) Kaley out performed herself. The food was absolutely AMAZING!!!!

My son and I stopped in one afternoon this week. We needed a good thing to happen to us that day and this was it. Greg was our waiter and he was awesome. The food was great. I could see they were short staffed but the ones that were there worked hard. We left that day stuffed and happy. Thanks guys. We appreciate you.

This morning, Mother’s Day, I had the pleasure of having breakfast at the IHOP in Greenwood, SC and was served by a waitress named Daisy. Daisy also had the table behind us and shortly after we arrived she was given a 10 person table. Now, the table behind us took up quite a bit of her time and energy as they did not have the funds readily available to pay for their breakfast and kept having her run and try to process different amounts on their card and they would pay the rest in cash. After several failed attempts, they proceeded to call several people and ask for them to send them money to their account. Once they finally had the money and went to pay, they did not leave Daisy a tip. That’s when her manager, Amanda Ellington, stepped in. After the couple left, Amanda was cleaning their table off and I spoke to her and how terrible those people were, she then explained to us that she had waited on 4 tables by herself that morning and all the tips she made were for situations like that, and we witnessed her take the money out of her own pocket and give it to Daisy as though the patrons had left it for her. That is excellent leadership, someone who cares about the morale of her team and I was extremely impressed by her and her team!

This was a pleasant, clean IHOP . The staff was courteous the bathrooms were extra clean.

Today's experience was very nice. Our server was very nice and polite. Everyone was very pleasant this time. I saw a lot of new faces. Good job on the new hires. I ordered the spinach and mushroom omelette and my fiance ordered the big steak. They were so much better than they had ever been. So big and fluffy. And packed full of deliciousness. And it looked beautiful. I asked if they had new cooks in the kitchen and the waiter informed me that our omelettes were made personally by the manager Bridget. Her cooking was on point. We will definitely be returning!!

Went for a breakfast celebration for my daughter after her awards. It seems to be under new management. Much cleaner than the last time I was here. Hostess and waitress was very nice. Management noticed we were cold and immediately told us she turned the air down. Food was cooked and prepared immediately!

Got a delicious burger. Was on my lunch break and was in and out quick .Food was well cooked and Service was excellent. I was here for breakfast two days ago and it was excellent also from order to table in less than 10 min.My eggs were perfect and pancakes delicious. Tonya was my awesome waitress both visits.Im very glad to see new management straightened it out.

Tiffany is an awesome waitress, impeccable service. And the food prepared by Karlie was beautiful and very tasty. I will definitely be back to eat .

I generally I don't stop at IHOP due to the past there. However I am thankful I stopped in a few days ago. Our server Tiffany was exceptionally kind. She brought our food out in a timely manner and kept our drinks filled. She made me ,my husband and my child feel very welcome. She was dressed properly from head to toe with an added warm smile. Definitely would be nice to have more servers like her.

Shelby is an awesome server and Ken is a very good breakfast cook. Ken cooked my steak tips perfectly to "medium" and they were flavorful and very tender. As usual IHOPs pancakes were light, fluffy, and awesome!! Make IHOP part of your month, week, day!!

Just came with my family of 8 to eat ,amazing food and Great service,the staff are doing a great job .
