Robert and Zane have made this purchase more pleasant than most. Robert took some little extra steps to make sure I left ready for my next adventure. Zane made sure I got what I needed to be comfortable while I waited on the bank. The wrench turner in the back made sure I was good to go after finding a recall that was just called in from the manufacturer. They took care of meand my camper. Thank you.

We had an excellent experience with the service department And would recommend them to anyone. We are traveling thru Tennesse and unfortunately had a structural issue with our RV. Jessica in service told me they could get me in right away. I made an appointment and took it in. She informed me that depending on the warranty company and waiting on parts could take up to 30 days to complete the repairs. (Note: all of the other dealerships were backed up 4-6 weeks just to diagnose the problem) they immediately started the process including waiting on the warranty company to approve the repairs. It was approximately 2 weeks from the date of appointment they got the repair’s approved and started the repair immediately. I then received a call from Mark in service and he informed of the repairs being made and should be done the following day. The next morning I received a call from Jessica and she told me the RV repairs are done and we could pick up the trailer. So all that being said, it was only 2 1/2 weeks from start to finish for the entire process. I want to thank Jessica and Mark for all of there hard work. We are back in the road to our next destination thanks to the hard work and professionalism from the service department. From my wife and I we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We had a great experience working with Zane! We walked in looking for the perfect Rv with a budget and he made it work. He took time to fine us something that worked for our family even found something from other store and had it delivered to this location for free! Zane made the experience of buying our first camper has easy and stress free as possible!

We recently bought a pontoon boat and have loved it!!!
This is our first pontoon and we weren’t sure what we wanted or needed. We worked with Bulldog and now that we are on the water with it, he gave us great advice. He showed us different boat sizes, told us things we should consider, and best of all had the boat we wanted. He expedited us getting the boat and he and Aaron fit us into the busy schedule to make sure we were familiar with it before we took possession. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable!!! Great folks!

I recently bought a brand new travel trailer from Boat N RV. Tyler was my salesperson, he asked questions to help determine my best fit, was very helpful and made the looking and deciding part fun. Every step of the process from looking, finance, demonstration, and delivery was excellent.

I was in a crunch time for delivery and they made it happen. Both the salesperson and the Manager called to confirm I received delivery on delivery day. The delivery driver went above and beyond as well.

Everyone I personally dealt with was helpful, and had a great personality.

Can't say to much good about the company, but if you ever need parts or service, talk to Kendra. This employee will take care of you and feel like you matter. She needs a raise for the job she does. Her communication and her service is top notch. I highly recommend that she becomes a manager orver service and parts. I can't say enough about her commitment to her job. Thanks again Kendra.

Rick Speer is amazing! He was super friendly and helpful. He didn't push us into making a decision and he helped us make the best choice for what we needed while staying in our price range. We also had fun checking out the large selection that was available, and Rick was there to answer any questions we had. We appreciated that the sales floor was organized and well maintained, too. 10/10 Would recommend Ask for Rick!

Great experience. John Cline listened to what we needed and when the right unit came in he jumped on it and let us know. The buying process was easy and the walk around at pick up was fantastic and knowledgeable.

I don't typically write reviews. But I felt compelled to do this. We had a great experience. Our Salse person (John Cline) Technician Matt we very pleasant to work with and went out of the way to make sure we were taken care of. Had one small issue with a leveling jack that happened prior to return trip home. The salesmen explained that it was Sunday and didn't have a complete staff to rectify the issue. He then took off his nice sales cloths and corrected the issue himself. SO overall it was the staff that made it good.

We purchased a 2011 Dutchman Fourwinds on 10/20/20. Our salesman was Allen and he was great! He treated us very courteous and respectful. We were not shopping for a new trailer and we had a price range we had to stick to. That being said, we knew this trailer would not be perfect and we were ok with that. What I’m not ok with is being lied to. Not sure who would be responsible for that but after many times asking if this Rv had any leaks, showed any signs of previous leaking, or had been repaired for leaking and being told no, we discovered in fact that it has a soft spot and rippled wall in corner of kitchen slide under stove vent. Also, the wood Vent below the refrigerator is bubbled up from old leakage. How we missed this when we looked this Rv over is beyond me. Old and tired I guess. Will try to attach pics. Another issue: we were told it would take a couple extra days due to waiting on a part to fix a leak in hot water heater. When we arrived we were told that was a prank the “service guy” was pranking on the “new guy” and the water heater “had no leak” However, we get to the campground and my husband had to work on a hot water heater that was in fact leaking.
I will say we appreciate the fact we were refunded $400 at checkout due to Rv not being cleaned as we were told it would be.
Took me hours that night after getting to campground to clean. Water and rags from cleaning floors and walls were black.
I’ve read a lot of complaints about people not receiving their titles. I am hoping I can come back and add to this review that we are not among those and in fact received ours as promised.
All in all, we do feel we “got what we paid for”
But due to the dishonest business practices, I have to be honest and say I would not choose to purchase here again. Guys, y’all can and should do better.
