I went to get my medication and the pharmacist was great. Got them quick! And I have a service dog who alerted to my disability symptoms and started tasking. I think it was the manager on duty but may have been a cashier but regardless they checked on me and asked if I needed anything. Love this location, your staff are good people. Thank you

People need to be more respectful and kind to these girls in the pharmacy. They have been open throughout the pandemic and have kept things clean. My prescriptions are always run either on my insurance or the discount I have... I don’t even have to tell them which one... they run it on the cheapest cost to me. They take care of me and thousands of other... Yes, I hate the phone system, but that isn’t on them. They signed me up for texting so I would stop getting a million calls a day. But some of the way the customers talk to them... is downright hateful. Show them a little respect, they are doing the best they can.

The 2 ladies working 5/1 around 745, are awesome! Not only did they help me but, they pointed me in a direction of possibilities for the item I was looking for and then we also had a good little conversation with a great laugh after. We need more kind humans like that! Ty💛

People here are very nice, the manager are very kind and most of the cashier I encountered.

Never have your meds . To many new people and they never stay ...

I got out of the hospital on Saturday, my 7 prescriptions were called in to Walgreens in Rockwood. I have to say this is the worst treatment I have ever received at a pharmacy. I have had to go back 4 different times and everyone they have been rude, condescending and very unhelpful. I have been without an antibiotic for 4 days that I am supposed to be taking 2xs a day. I was so frustrated the last time I had to leave without my antibiotic. I will never in my life step foot into that establishment again.

The worst service ever always out of my meds and they never answer the phones been on hold for hours cause they don't know how to answer the phone and you can't hang up cause your wait will start all over again it is ridiculous if they are that busy then hire someone just to answer phones

Horrible to customers, staff and pharmacists yell personal info to each other when your waiting for your prescription, no privacy or compassion towards people who have to take pain meds,or have had multiple surgeries, will be the last time i use them
