Had a wonderful experience with Claire in the garden center. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We are in an area with very aggressive animals who love to eat our Landscaping and Claire gave me some great tips on the best plants to purchase. Excellent customer service! The store also has a really nice selection of plants. Highly recommend

We were greeted at the door by a young lady who offered to help us. She found the item we were looking for, helped us find the right size, and was so kind. I expected her to tell us an aisle number, but she was so much more helpful than that! We then checked out and we were greeted by a lady who was kind. It was an enjoyable experience and whoever hires employees must be doing a great job! No "self checkout" here and excellent service!

Upon entering store, Caleb greeted me with a smile. Can I help you he asked. I showed him what I needed. 4 screws, 4 washers, 2 green anchors, and a drill bit. He asked where I wanted to start. I said, I'll follow you. He took his time, was very articulate. I was in and out in 10 min. This visit Caleb helped me. In the past I've always been greeted by a young man with a smile. The customer service is 5 star. Thank you Ace Hardware for hiring the best employee.

I've been to many ACE hardware Stores, literally from coast to coast. However, this location is literally the best. As soon as I walk in someone is there to help me find what I need (or think I need) for my 'projects'. Special shout out to the cashier [Linda?] Who is literally ALWAYS so pleasant. Keeping me coming back!

Nice place with friendly workforce. Expensive as are most Ace stores, but well stocked and good variety.

Great customer service! Matt was extremely helpful in finding the correct Blade Kit for my Stihl FS 91 weed eater. I went home and easily cleared the small trees between our fences. The entire staff was very friendly. Thanks Matt! ☺

Friendly staff, clear and easy to understand store layout, and I've never found something to be out of stock! Highly recommend!! Their location at buckwalter is the closest thing to mcguckin's I can find

Always well-stocked and the employees are so friendly. Great garden center, full of seasonal plants and supplies for whatever you need. Garden center prices are comparable to many bigger chains and online stores, but much better quality

What a great, convenient find for us with just about everything you need. We have been blown away by the personal service person for person at the Heuser Ace Hardware. So friendly and so helpful. We purchased some really healthy plants and the price was highly competitive. While I do like Lowes, I will be going to our local Ace Hardware first moving forward. Staff is always helpful and I like the plants they bring in. The lady in the garden dept is very knowledgeable and helpful.

This Ace Hardware Store location was new to me. Google maps lead the way and only a few miles from my home. A newly built store, spacious, well lit and employees ready to help. On the sales floor, a young gentleman helped me locate the item I was looking for and answered my questions about the product. Then, at the register, I was encouraged to join their rewards program, which I gladly did and it also allows me to now enjoy their sale prices. I highly recommend this Ace Hardware location.

Great Store with extremely helpful staff!

Great service. From the first step inside until we left very friendly service. We purchased a Treager pellet grill and a few related items. The young men even loaded out SUV as well. I'll be back for sure.

I like this place for quick in and outs. You pay a small premium on purchases that aren't on sale, but your paying for convenience and smaller relaxed atmosphere. They have good sales on occasion so it's great when what you need is on sale.

Very nice, well organized store with helpful personnel. Found the exact item I was looking for here that was not available at Walmart. Cashier was most helpful in locating it.
Store also has a Benjamin Moore paint center - very convenient.
