This was literally a very smooth process. The ladies were sweet and I only waited about 10 mins once I did the application. I forgot to bring proof of residency and I was able to print off the document there. If you feel out the application prior to coming you’ll save more time. I came on a Tuesday at 11:30. One person was there when I walked in. Had I filled out the application and had my proof of residency I would not had to wait. Just make sure you have the original documents or certified copies.

Great Costumer Service!.We were in and out!. Ebony at register number 3 is so sweet!. I have to specify I am not sure if another person by that same name works there lol🤣. Just moved back to Ga from Fl had to change my drivers license back. Just want say Effingham DDS was fantastic. The ladies were friendly and very helpful to an old Vet. Ty

Just recently moved to Effingham and this is by far the best DMV we have ever been to! The ladies who work there are the sweetest and seem to actually love their jobs.

Went to get my license renewed and could not have had a better experience. Sorry that I didn't get the two ladies names that made it a pleasurable experience. The first Lady give me a number and seat and the lady at station four was very polite and professional. Didn't take but a few minutes and I was on my way. Thank you ladies for a nice experience.

The entire staff is friendly and helpful! They work like they want to help you and seem to have a great work environment! After the first time I went there, I never went to other locations! They deserve to be praised!

I went in and got my license renewed in less than 30 minutes. Kim was very nice and personable, as well as professional. The office was well organized. The only recommendation I could make is better instructions about what to do when you first walk in. I had to interrupt an agent at the desk to be told to go to the ticket machine that she pointed to, which was around the corner from the entrance.

Our very first visit in this office was amazing. The staffs are very friendly. We processed our transfer of DL and we're just there less than 10 mins. Very fast and friendly staffs.. Keep it up!

We went shortly after they opened and it was an extremely easy and quick process. I was so surprised at how quick they were able to help us with getting a new license after moving from out of state. The staff was great and made it an enjoyable DMV experience, which is something I never thought I’d say!

WOW!!! Just a fast (yes I said fast!!!) and smooth experience today at the DMV. I’m pretty sure the lady helping me was new but the other lady that came to assist her was incredible and did an amazing job!!
She got me squared away and coached the new employee and did a wonderful job doing so!!!

I'm giving them a five star. I had a 2:45 appointment I decided to get there a hour early. I was done in 20 minutes from the time I showed up. Maybe I just got lucky.

Very painless! Got my driver's license transferred easily and quickly! The later open time is great for those that work

Way better than the Savannah DDS. There's less people so it's quicker, and they are well informed how to deal with international documents. Things that in Savannah they are very misinformed and clearly don't have good training on the topic.

I ventured to Rincon DMV to renew my license today 6/2/20. I did the online skip a step and had the 8:00 appointment. The three ladies were all having computer, camera, scanner issues. However.. All three remained professional and courteous the entire time. Even with all of that, I was out in thirty minutes. Great job ladies..

Had to visit the DDS today, everything went as planned, the staff was very courteous and friendly, plus well verse in the knowledge of their job,its best to go online to set up an appointment, because that is how they are doing business now
