We came from out of town and our jeep broke down. No one in the Savannah area would help us but was aware of the Springfield Jeep Dealer. They were amazing. Got us in and fix ASAP. The staff were so understanding and helpful.

We purchased a Chrysler Pacifica from Jeffery Donaldson. Great experience from the start. Jeffery was knowledgeable,friendly and went above and beyond to close the deal with us being 100% happy. Also John Ball he's great as well. Very patient answering questions and helping me to understand the warranties and such. If you want great service and a beautiful vehicle contact these folks.

I was anxious about my car issues but after contacting Springfield Jeep, my issue was met with such kindness and an immediate answer to help relieve my anxiety. This was my first time buying a car and they made it so easy. The first day I was interested I applied online and they called me that same day. I went up that same day for a test drive and they had the car ready when I got there. I would definitely come back for another car and recommend to all my friends and family.

Whoa is all I can say, this guys are top notch.
I came from Miami to get my first truck from them, flew in and they even took the time to get me at the airport. Seriously who does that? Well they did!

Given the crazy car market situation we are experiencing, I had to go beyond Fl to find a truck spec the way I wanted it, 7 showed up on the entire east coast. Out of the 7, 5 dealers wanted $10k+ over MSRP for it. Only 2 dealers were being fair and Southern Motors Springfield was one of them.
Not only they super fair, but they value my time. Their focus was to get me back on the road home as fast as possible while still showing me the truck features to make it safely home, I literally spent less than an hour at the dealer.

Next time I’m looking for one of their products, they will definitely be my first choice, no matter if I have to visit GA again.

They finished in an hour when another dealership in Savannah North said it would take all day to do my updates and recalls so I’m not too fond of the expertise out of the Savannah Store but would highly recommend the Springfield location

I’m really satisfied! I love my truck and a big thanks to the mechanic James and service manager Mrs. Brandy! Communication was on point! If I needed an important part for my truck to make my lift kit work they told me. They were awesome. Over all 12 out of 10! They both deserve a pay raise!!!!
