Sub Station II

We had a family event that we needed a few things to cater from and I wanted to support a local shop versus a chain. I knew we were going to do sandwiches and saw that they did a 6 ft sub for a large crowd. I don’t know what I thought they meant but this is a real 6 ft sub. It was fresh and delicious and a hit with everyone there. We did the super special (#19) and it was amazing. I’m putting some pics on here bc it’s crazy. They had it ready on time and it was an easy online experience. They crushed it. Use them if you need to feed a crowd.

Everything was great the service was great and the sandwich was even greater. I visit this at least twice a week

Ordered 2 subs on our way home from a long walk with our dog. First time ordered online. Very easy. By the time we arrived at the Sub Station II window, it was ready. I had steak & cheese and it was fantastic. Hubby had the Italian and he loved it. Great service, prices and food. I got to try a salad next time. 😀

I don't review a whole lot but I just have to brag on the substation 2 on Highway 441 for their Quick Service and friendly employees! Especially Cam P..She is very sweet and helpful, Please give her a raise!

First, ordering and paying online was relatively easy! I was visiting from out of town and my brother recommended Sub Station II as a great place for sandwiches. When I lived in Sumter many years ago, I remember getting delicious subs from the same place. You didn’t disappoint. Even though we ordered something different, everyone talked about the no. 19. Maybe I’ll try it on my next visit! Great experience!

Staff are courteous and care to make your order correctly. The finely sliced,piled high deli meats seems to make subs tastier. The bread is fresh. Chef salads are very good as well. The tables,floors, restrooms are always clean. Great location!!

Easy ordering on line and pick up either inside or at the window. I choose window so I didn’t have to get out of the car ac. Always quick and friendly service. We love our Thursday “Italian” sandwiches.

I love Sub Station’s sandwiches. I love extra oil and vinegar drizzled over my sandwich. They make it right, not too much to make my bread soggy but enough where the bread isn’t thick and dry.

Great place to eat from the one on Harvin st needs some work and they need to drop that counter so we can see our food being made

This is actually my second visit to a Sub Station II , my first visit I couldn't buy anything because they didn't accept contactless pay. That was in Manning. The store and Sumter however did accept contactless pay. The store was clean, it's employees were engaging, and communicated clearly. My Italian sub was fixed exactly as requested. It was a great sub for the price and I'll definitely go again. I had the Italian hero sub with onion, black olive, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, mustard, oil, vinegar, and crushed red pepper.

Honestly the people that I've dealt with have been super amazing and friendly. I love the sandwiches and my mom is a fan of the salads.

Would I go back? Of course! If you haven't eaten there, please go to Sub Station II on 441/Peach Orchard.

I wanted a great sub and that's just what I got!! Super fresh & delicious. That bread makes that sandwich for me. It was crisp on the outside and soft inside. Annnnd the best part for me is the online order service. Thnks for great food!!🤤😋

Hands-down my favorite sub shop when I'm in the area! I was as excited as a little kid to return, and they didn't disappoint! Hell, I'd go get a sub RIGHT NOW if I were still in town, and it's only 8 a.m.

First time there. My gryo was good. Chef salad was awesome. My parents enjoy their Italian sandwiches. I def plan on going back.

Bought "Ultimate" sub combo. It was so full of meat and vegetables that I could only eat half of my sub. What a great value. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I will definitely be back.

We drive 15 more minutes to eat at this Sub Station. It is always clean and the staff are nice. The food is always good there as well.

I love the subs at Sub Station II on Peach Orchard Rd/441. Your food is made when ordered and in front of you using fresh products. As someone who doesn't usually eat meat, they are always very accommodating and a great place to go. They have subs that don't have meat and when getting ready to make it they always ask and will clean the slicer completely so there aren't any remnants of meat on it. They will make the vegetarian subs first then any I've also ordered that have meat. And unlike most places that make subs, they slice all meats and cheeses right in front of you, whereas most places have everything pre-sliced. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always very clean with a comfortable feel to it especially if you eat in. And if you don't feel like walking in to order, they also have a drive-thru window on the side. Sub Station II also has an app that you can download that they scan for you to earn points to get rewards,such as $5 off an order after 65pts and birthday reward to name two. You can also use the app for finding locations as well as other uses. I would and do recommend Sub Station II. ENJOY!!!
