Jacob is the most pleasant person I have encountered there. Very helpful and seems to know how to do his job very well. He explained the new adds very well. 10/10 customer service will most definitely be coming back here. I usually do not leave reviews but this boy was very helpful.

Friendly helpful staff and a neat clean store. Quick in and out for medicines and sundries.

I personally know two of the pharmacy assistants at this location, and they have been nothing short of awesome!! However, there is one lady in particular that has been pathetically rude to me 3 times now. After getting snippy when I asked for a refill and to add my new insurance information, she had the audacity to roll her eyes as she said, “I’m soooo sorry.” If you want to be treated as if you’re scum of the Earth, make sure you go when she’s working!!

When I was given three yellow round pills for three different prescriptions (that only slightly varied in size) I questioned the clerk who told me they couldn’t pick and choose the pills they ordered. Pick and choose?? What ever happened to concern for customer safety? It’d be easy to mistakenly take two of the same, and the pharmacy made it sound like I was being picky. No thanks.

Good luck trying to get someone on the phone, or have any medication in the pharmacy in stock. Almost all of my prescriptions sit there for days saying out of stock. When you try to see when they may get the meds in stock to fill a prescription or if another CVS has them, they’re even nastier than they were before. No wonder their stores are going out of business in the next couple years.

Have used this location FOR 5+ YEARS. Finally over the recent incompetence, and in some cases, arrogance. The current pharmacy staff is poorly managed. Today was the second time in last three months that I’ve went to pick up e-prescriptions sent in 2-3 todays prior that this staff never bothered to fill. No insurance issues, etc. - they just didn’t bother to fill them until you show up and wait. To add insult, today they didn’t have one of them and had to order for next day. If they would have done their jobs three days ago when e-prescription was sent in, it would have arrived already.

Good-bye Madisonville CVS!! My time is worth more than dealing with your mis-management any further.

Would not fill my prescription because I am from Indiana. Absolutely ridiculous! My pharmacist back home said that there was no reason they couldn't call them or the doctors office. I called another cvs 45 mins from them and they were happy to fill my prescription! Thanks for being jerks!

I would discourage anyone from coming here for a test. I'm STILL waiting for my results and I'm already getting better and out of quarantine tomorrow. I wish I had read these reviews since I actually know some of the people. 😕

They lost my COVID 19 test, never contacted me. I hope I don"t die before I get my test results from somewhere else. I hope I can repay the favor back one day
