Dunkin'

This is the best Dunkin Donuts I have been to, by far! And I have been to a lot of them across the nation. The dinning area...AND RESTROOMS...were immaculate ! Some Dunkin's restrooms were scary to enter... The Carmel Maciatto was the best one I have had...Some Dunkin's tasted like just milk. The server's were polite and attentive and professional behind the counter...Some Dunkin's the coversation and language behind the counter would embarrass a sailor! Good job to this Dunkin Donut!

Dunkin in madisonville helped me in a bind today which was most needed. They are so kind! LOVE this dunkin! I visit it three times on a day that I work. People are friendly, knowledgeable, and always eager to help. It has its busy times and the employees handle it very well. They work well together and they keep a positive attitude. I dine in and take out a lot.

The day before I had got a coffee and the cup had a crack in it. I went back on Tuesday and got a medium coffee and egg bites. Michelle was at the front window someone put down a small instead of medium. I said that’s fine and told her about my coffee cut the day before having a crack in it. Michelle refused to give me the small coffee. Had me pull around and gave me a large coffee. Thank you Michelle!

MICHELLE IS THE REAL MVP!!! I called today with a problem trying to order through doordash and Michelle answered the phone and told me she would take care of it. This was a doordash issue but she told everyone there to look for my order coming through so it would be right. THIS WILL BE MY GO-TO LOCATION FROM NOW ON!!!

This is definitely a 5💫! Its a great CLEAN Dunkin with friendly HAPPY staff. We're traveling thru and haven't seen this at any other Dunkins in awhile. GREAT stop

This store is always so busy. They have great service even with all of the crazy business they are getting. Everyone was kind and friendly in the restaurant. They were very patient with us and my 2 indecisive little girls. Everything tasted great. It takes a little longer to get the drinks but when the "newness" wears off they will be much faster. Very satisfied and will visit again.

I travel a LOT. I’ve been to plenty of Dunkin’ across the States. This is one of the best. I’ll come back time and again when I’m not on the road and miss these friendly staff when I’m away.

For this being a new Dunkin I was excited my advice I’d order ahead on the app because they stay pretty busy.

Clean, large and fresh selection, friendly staff! I cannot say enough nice things about this location. Best Dunkin in East TN!!

Employees in drive through were super nice and fast to get our coffee and food to us.

So happy to have this on my commute now! They staff is very friendly, the service is fast and correct! Beautiful, clean store! Couldn't ask for more! I stop most days of the week.

5 stars! Employees try their hardest at their jobs and the management team is wonderful and patient to fix any mistake and everyone is so friendly it’s hard to find that anymore! Also the refreshers are amazing with unsweetened tea!

I usually use the drive-thru. I also use the app. You get extras with the app. The service has always been excellent.
