I had bought a new Galaxy phone a few weeks ago and was having some issues with it. I went back and the manager was super nice and fixed my problem. I highly recommend going there for any of your cellular needs.

Jayonna was absolutely fabulous when I went in last week to get my Galaxy S23 Ultra. Friendly and professional. Super calm environment. I'm glad I chose this Verizon to go to.

I had the best experience here, Marissa was awesome!! She helped me decide on my phone upgrade today and honestly went the extra mile. She was patient with all of my questions and concerns, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better Verizon visit than I had today. I highly recommend this store and this representative if she's available!! I initially went to the store full of anxiety and left happy-go-lucky and happy about my upgrade.

Came with my sister who lives local and loves this store. I am a Verizon customer in another state. While they were waiting on her, I checked out the accessories for sale. Official Verizon charge cords, 9v adapters and others are definately better for best functioning of your device. They had the full line. Prices not posted and I didn't ask. All I wanted was s review of my bill. I was not missing any discounts, but she did show me when some of the ones I had would expire and what I could do to replace them. Overall, having a professional who made nothing from my visit reiw my services gave me confidence in my contract with Verizon.

Marissa was a great representative. She helped me significantly when it came to making the decision for my phone l. She was very polite, and patient with me and I hardly had to do anything but pick what I wanted and sign the papers. I absolutely loved my visit to the Verizon store in Madisonville Tennessee

Great customer service. Lucretia and Carla were really patient with my questions and worked as a team to fix the issues that I brought onto the table for them. LuLu was a big help to me. While busy she made sure to tend to all customers including myself without neglecting anyone in there. I’ve never had such great customer service. All my questions were answered and not only did I feel confident when I left but I also felt I made a trusted friend with my experience. This company should be proud of having an employee such as herself. I highly recommend this location and working with LuLu. Thank you for a lovely time spent at your store, will return again.

Carla is my go to girl when it comes to Verizon. she's very helpful, courteous, and polite. Every time I've had any issues she handles them all quickly and with ease. she treats me like she's known me her whole life and always has a smile on her face. I will continue to do my business here as long as she's here.

Needed a backup phone. They had the phone that I needed the same day. J, the service representative, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to ensure that my new phone was exactly what I wanted and needed, and that it was set up correctly. I had already dealt with Verizon on line and another store without success. This store offered GREAT customer service and I couldn't be more pleased with phone. Would highly recommend this place of business. Excellent customer service!

Overall the store has made a complete turnaround for good! Carla is the new manager and is doing an amazing job! I can see that her goal is to grow this business by meeting the needs of customers and making it a great experience for everyone.

Customer service was fantastic! My phone has just stopped working and I had to get a new one. The lady who helped me was very personable, and knowledgeable about the products and willing to help try and solve my problem before offering a new phone option.

Had to come in because my phone was acting crazy and Jeremy helped me. He was patient and explained everything to me what he was doing as he did it. He took his time and made me feel like I wasn't stupid when I asked questions. Jeremy got me up and going again with my phone!! Thank you! The workers take precautions for covid.
Carla the store manager is wonderful to work with she's very nice and sweet and she will go out of her way to make sure that the customer is happy.
In this day and time the world needs more Carla's and more stores like the Verizon in Madisonville.

My family and I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. Before it had always been a hassle going into a Verizon location asking for help with phone services but I had met Carla a couple years ago at the Sweetwater location and I said I wouldn't ever deal with anyone else! She is very knowledgeable and can always answer any questions I have. Her hometown friendless goes above and beyond. She is a wonderful asset to the company and I will continue to do business with her.

April Taylor is amazing! She knows exactly what I want and she is always wanting the best deal for me! She is very knowledgeable about all of the products and all of the deals that Verizon has going on. She is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. I do not know what I would do if she ever was not there!
