When I came to store looking for a 5g phone, chase was my sales representative. He was courtius throughout the whole process. When my phone acted up , chase and coworkers helped to get it resolved. I had my old phone temporarily till I could get my new one. Chase definitely is a 5 star.

Becky Russell is an amazing Customer Service Representative. She is thorough and explains everything you need to know. She takes her time and answers all your questions. If something is wrong, she will do her best to correct it. We do not use anyone else when visiting US Cellular. If you want quality customer service, Becky is the one to see!

The customer service in this location is outstanding! After a lot of trial and error trying to figure out what would work best for my needs, Mercedes took the time to work with me and help me out. I'm so pleased! They're exceptionally patient and kind and knowledgeable about the devices. I was very impressed! The best place to go if you need anything cellular! Becky was so helpful and always knows just what to do- even if I call needing help. Nice to have a store that isn’t “corporate” and actually cares about their customers unlike the other big phone companies. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Great people. Great service!

Beckys is the greatest! My family and I have been with us cellular, we love having Becky Russell help us. She knows her stuff is allowing willing you help no matter that the issue is. Wow! ANDREW is the man!!! Been having problems with my phone, tried everything, pushed every button, held every button, shook the damn thing, etc. almost threw it into the woods this morning and went and bought another one on my lunch break. Spoke with Andrew and he had my phone back on and fixed within 3 minutes. Thanks again brotha. Awesome service.

BEST customer service. Rachel was very nice and helpful, she even went out of her way to open the door for us as we left. The store was also very clean and every time a customer left, one of the employees would go around and clean everything they touched or were close to.

Changed back to US Cellular. Rachel took care of us ... again. Friendly fast knowledgeable service. It’s refreshing to do business with someone so professional and courteous. Thank you Rachel.

Great place. I needed to be taken off one plan and be put onto another, I called ahead and Kacie already had majority of it done and papers ready for me to sign when I got there and walked me out there door when we was done. Great experience, probably the best one I’ve had.

Went in for a new phone, I broke mine, Mercedes had an answer for every question I had and helped direct me to the exact phone I needed and liked! Very helpful, and friendly service thank you Mercedes! Can’t wait to use you again when I break this one lol!
