Good store, with great staff. Very helpful. They have a nice selection in store and will try to get items you want if they don't have it in stock. The humidor seems to be well maintained.

The Woodhaven Wild Bills on West is the only one I go to anytime I need a vape or cigar. They have huge selection of vapes and cigars. Better deals on cigars than any shop in the area. Jessie the manager is super friendly and always greats you as soon as you walk through the door. Always helps you find the product that best suits you.

Im from out of state and we don’t have Wild Bills but this one out of all the ones that I’ve been to is hands down the best! The customer service is great and the staff is super friendly. Have everything I need and more. Always end up walking out with more than I needed and I’m not complaining. Employees are always so helpful and nice. Store is clean and organized. My questions are always answered. Although I live closer to a different wild bills I drive out to this one because of have much I love it and the people. Whoever is running this store needs to keep it up!

Recently been having issues with customer service at other local stores (both locations in Taylor), and employees having lack of knowledge in cigars. Came to this location today and the employees were awesome, one of the employees, Shane, knew everything to pretty much know about cigars. They helped me out a lot being I don’t know much about cigars. This will definitely be my go to location for the future.
